@user-st4ij1hu2n Sure, I can try to help. Are you referring to Baileys Crossroads Metro? If so it's part of the Operation anchorage DLC. You need to get into Washington DC to be able to access it. The best thing to do would be to get a quest to go there and then follow the quest marker.
Thanks so much for checking out my video Dutch. It's by far one of my personal favourite glitches in FO3 and perhaps one of the best too. It really helped you to get a lot of great weapons and armors very early and you can really get a big headstart in the game. Thanks so much for checking out my video. I'm happy that it helped.
I totally agree, it's really worth doing. The armor and weapons you get from doing this Will most likely end up as your end game kit due to their high HP.
Hey Cyb3r, thanks for your comment and great tip on getting the sword. Yours absolutely right. I recall doing this during my offline play on a personal build. It's nice to have both copies of the sword. More importantly it makes the boss battle a little bit easier. Many thanks for watching and for your support, I appreciate Cyb3r.
I can't believe i'm still learning from this game, it was very easy to do, thanks dude, im gonna go back to New Vegas too since you have videos about it too
That's awesome, it's always nice to read comments where someone says that they are learning new things....even after the games have been out for this long. Thanks so much for checking out my video.
Thanks so much Reckless. I am currently playing Fallout 3 with items taken from the simulation. It's been a great experience. Thanks as always for watching and commenting dude.
Nice! This was something I did years ago, and it certainly spices up a second or after playthrough of Fallout 3. I wanted to be extra, extra sure I was able to get the inventory in time, so I set up Gary in a way that had his legs stretched out over the "foot rest". This makes his feet stick out, and if done right, you don't even have to look down, just click interact repeatedly until you get his inventory. I also loved the challenge of getting various other weapons out of the hands of certain NPCs during the simulation by shooting them out of their hands. Operation Anchorage and Mother ship Zeta remain among my favorite DLC among older games.
I love Operation Anchorage. I love the fact that you can just jump in and it's a own sandbox thing. On top of that you can pretty much pull out some game breaking kit too,. It to mention the power armor and Chinese Stealth Suit.
@@TrappedInFallout Oh, yeah, the Stealth Suit is another level of broken right there. If you made a build around it, you could be Perma-stealthed through an entire camp of enemies, and no matter how many times you attacked, it would never go above CAUTION. Almost as broken as 100% Chameleon was in Oblivion.
@@Chris-re3lv Oh I remember that. I used to enchant rings, hood and robes etc and I just walked around and did whatever like it was no one's business. Yes, it's pretty broken.
Yes it will, in fact I recommend you do just that. If the glitch does not work then simply reload and try again. It is also worth you trying to find as many of the items as you can. Thanks so much for commenting Grognok, stay safe my friend.
Another OG fallout player showing the newcomers how to have some fun! Thanks for being awesome you earned a sub! I often use this glitch as a "New Game Plus" kinda a jump started character straight from the vault ! Fun fact : you can stack items if you keep dropping them on the floor before using the ammo dispenser and quartermaster , all your followers can now have these awesome simulation weapons!
Ha ha thanks Corey for your comment. I do the same thing for my new games too. It's just too easy not to do it. Yeap, I do the same thing with the ammo and weapon types too. In fact I have covered both of those exploits also on my channel. Operation Anchorage has to be one of my favourite DLC for the number of glitches that you can perform, it's pretty cool.

Lol the Fallout show has me playing the game again after like 10+ years. I remember doing this trick but I just needed your video for precision haha. Thank you
I'm happy that my guide helped. Even though I made so many guides now even I need to from time to time refer to my own guides on how I pulled some of these tricks off lol.
@@TrappedInFallout Super convenient to have guides right at your doorstep since you made them hahaha I just finished Operation Anchorage and it took me about 10min to pull of the glitch but I managed to secure the Anchorage items. Thank you again and have a wonderful day!!
Great video, Mo. What I like most about your videos is the information they give. A lot of video game based videos you see on yt are usually about interesting but ultimately useless topics whereas your videos are always helpful to actually completing the game or making the game easier. Keep up the good work.
Thanks so much BG for sharing your feedback. That's pretty much what I go for. Each of my videos are designed to answer one and only one question and hopefully delivers on that too. Thank you.
I’m coming from Coyote Wild’s demonstration of this glitch from way back when. The way he placed Gary 23 made it very difficult for me; I had to look at this video for a better method. I used to do his method, but I think the optimized load times on console have since interfered with placing Gary 23 lower down on the simulation pod.
Hey Cadet Crockett, thanks so much for watching and for your comment. Ah that's interesting. So your saying that the better load times on the consoles makes it more difficult to time the interaction with the Gary NPC as soon as you exit the simulation? Did you manage to get it to work. I guess if you move the Gary body such that it is more centered on the screen when you enter the simulation, when you exit it may be easier to open the window as you won't need the move your game cemara down. If you do give this a go then do let me know how it goes.
@@TrappedInFallout It did end up working; I just had to position Gary 23 over the seat rather than the footrest so I didn’t have to orient my camera downwards. I think the faster load times attributed to me not being able to do the glitch with Gary 23 being positioned in such a location, as I was able to do it with him being positioned there prior. I’m just now getting back into Fallout 3 after a few years.
@@cadetcrockett2276 That makes sense and that's a smart move. Moving the camera in fast load times probably makes the process more difficult. Also, I hope you enjoy your experience. It's been out for a while now (2008) but even now it feels like it's aged really well. Feels smooth and is as easy to just pick up and play. I've been playing for years as you can see.
The last time I did this glitch was about three months ago and it worked pretty well for me. Sadly this is a tricky one, it's all about timing. To help I am running the latest version of the game with the latest patches. I hope that this helps.
With all the mods I have improving performance, the items get removed way too quickly lol. could just use console commands but I thought I'd try it anyways xD
The Gary 23 glitch for Operation: Anchorage will not work anymore if you have the "Updated Unofficial Patch" installed because they fixed that glitch. You just need to uninstall the "Updated Unofficial Patch" in your modlist, since it doesn't have an ".esp file" you can't just deactivate it. While the Updated Unofficial Patch is uninstalled place Gary 23 on the seat of the simulator, finish the simulation, and BEFORE you go to open the armory, SAVE, install the Updated Unofficial Patch again and then go open the armory. The same goes with "TTW (Tale of two wastelands)". TTW fixes exploits and other bugs. Also the Gary method thingy caused crashes in FNV's engine, so it was extra-fixed. Gary 23 cannot be lifted high enough to be put into the simulation pod, thus making the glitch impossible. Sadly, they never came up with an alternative fix and to this day, you cannot perform the glitch
Hey Mostar065, thanks so much for your super detailed comment. This is a great set of extra information that would certainly apply to a large group of people who are playing with the unofficial patch applied. Thank you so much for sharing this with everyone that watches. I really hope that anyone scrolling down into the comments section reads your detailed comment. I hope your well, stay safe my friend.
Yeap, they have a really high HP therefore they require much less repairs. As a result they last a lot longer and degrade much slower. Thanks so much for watching Rayhan, I hope your well bro.
Tried the play-through yesterday and it did not work, I think the problem lies with placing Gary kneeling on the pod's floor with his head pointing towards me instead of him sitting on the chair however this does not exclude the possibility that the game was patched against this glitch since I literally noticed the items switched back within 2 seconds of the simulation ending. Will try again on the way you do and update. Beside all of the usual weapons you may get in the game I noticed there are a few differences in contrast of the claims I saw in the forums regarding getting all the weapons in the game. 1. Sneaking to steal ammo and weapons from allied soldiers will fail in the game. I have tried 10 times with 70 sneak level and all failed. 2. It is literally impossible to get the Chinese assault rifle or flamer or Chinese official sword in the latter part of the game , tried shooting it out of various enemies hand countless times and it appears the weapons hardly suffered any damage at all. This also applies to allied soldiers except for members of your squad. Pick-pocketing enemy soldiers are also appears to be impossible. 3. Killing the quartermaster for his armor is possible but beware since the sarge will permanently become hostile if he saw you doing it and crack the game. Best way is to sneak a live grenade into him instead. 4. Obtaining minigun is still possible but only at the very last minute just when the T-51 soldiers with miniguns are entering the refinery and switch to their fatman instead. There is no way to steal the minigun successfully without them noticing and turning hostile and trying to kill you with their fatman but you may enter the base quickly and convince the chinese general to commit suicide which will end the game quickly. Beware although T-51 suit is supposed to slow the user down somehow in this game it appears there is no effect on the NPC. I can literally run naked though the entire game with them still steadily chasing me behind. 5. To add on to point 3 there is also no way to obtain the fatman from the T-51 soldiers even though it appears in their inventory since it appears it is scripted for them to use it to blast open the refinery walls and there is no mini nuke to steal from their inventories which will disarm the fatman.
Wow thanks so much for your detailed comment, it was lovely reading it. The glitch does work but it is very tricky to pull off. The timing is tough for sure not to mention the position of Gary also. It's twice as frustrating also since you need to play through the entire DLC just to see if Gary is setup right.
@@TrappedInFallout Thanks it works this time round!!! I placed Gary in a reclining position in the seat this time and yes it is really a gamble and I replayed it with the assumption that I might failed again. Getting the minigun this time was really frustrating though and I must have reloaded my save at least 30 times just to pickpocket it successfully off the soldier. Also tried to shoot Jingwei's shortsword out of the general which appears to be able to deteriorate however it regenerate back to full condition once it drops below 70%! Overall glitch still works but quite a number of weapons are no longer obtainable compared to earlier versions. It is regrettable I can't get the Chinese assault rifle which I was looking forward to. Can't wait to try them out in the real world but now the concern is to separate them from the "normal weapons" so I don't get mixed-up or sell them unintentionally.
@neilsonhans4763 Awesome, happy to see that you have it working now. That's great, now you will basically have many end game options at the beginning of the game.
Sadly i found this video 1/2 through the simulation. I shall use this information however and you've earned a like which i rarely give on youtube. Thank you for the good information.
First time playing this DLC so i think it'll be a bit longer than 1 1/2 hours. Hopefully it won't be too difficult to pull off on ps3. Just can't forget ∆ is action not X like it is by default. ∆ for jump is so stupid and L1&R1 instead of L2&R2 i changed it like 5 minutes into 3 and NV. Thought that was standard fps controls by08 but guess not.
That's probably true - it probably will take a little longer than that for someone playing the DLC for the first time. Many thanks for your comment and thanks for sharing.
@@TrappedInFallout I kept forgetting to save once in the simulation and had to keep resetting Gary. After the 3rd time I finally saved and had to quit. But when I came back it didn't take too long and only one reload to get everything into Gary. And went to the pitt and that was a relatively easy and short dlc too. Done mothership zeta but not on this playthrough yet and barely started point lookout on my previous playthrough I abandoned cause I stopped and went to New Vegas for a legion playthrough. Did all NV DLC but only the independent ending. The replayability of the fallout games is ridiculous. I just restarted 3 instead of jumping into the middle of a DLC. From what I remember point lookout swamp people were difficult but I also don't think I went in prepared.
If I recall, there is a perk you get out of it. I actually made a guide for it so you can check it out if you like: ua-cam.com/video/ZlFilmINGmE/v-deo.html
I think it's more of an achievement that people from our lovely community are able to fix such things 👍. Even with the fix not everyone has the patches and more so some may not be able to apply the patches (playing on consoles). Hopefully the glitch will still be active and usable for many people still. Thanks so much someone for watching and commenting.
oh don´t get me wrong. Of course, it is something of complete admiration, all of they effort achieves for our comfort for completely free It is something for which our total appreciation falls short, what i mean si why patch something that does not bother anyone and that is quite the opposite? Like this same exploit of anchorage, the scrap metal of the outcast, the caps exploit from merchans, etc. And nice video man (as usual) keep it up 👍
@@neon5359 No no, I did not take it the wrong way at all. Sometimes it's hard to convert tone with text 😄. I don't really have an answer bud. Sort of a challenge to make the game as clean to okay as possible but that would be a guess. I hope your well my friend 👍.
Ha ha that sound so familiar to me. Yeap, I think so many of us toke advantage of the glitches and thankfully they all almost work. It's a nice little bonus for me too as it's one of my all time favourite DLCs to play.

And it's my own personal favorite series of games so its nice to see the attention given to the games in general.
Omfg 😦😧 I’ve always known about this glitch since year 1 and attempted it many times to no avail, but NOW. I try it and it works, I’m so pleased and done founded with how much I’m still learning about the game
So many things can be gotten with this glitch. I was a beta tester for this DLC. I found XP glitches and unlimited Ammo glitches. Then using Gary to bring them all back was found by another user. There was a handful of us that spent a lot of hours breaking Anchorage! Also a way to get the stealth armor out as well as well as the Chinese assault rifle. So many good items!
Ngl I only had 20 in lockpick when I first did this, only reason it worked was because I decided to loot a 101 Utility Jumpsuit which allowed me to lockpick my way in
Well, it's more like a hidden feature found after hours and hours of game testing 😉. Thanks so much bro for watching and for commenting, really appreciate your support brother.
I tried this today but it seems as soon as I leave the Sim and enter Gary's inventory i already have all my items back. I'll keep trying but i can't seem to crack it
This makes me wish we could have tamed a single Gary to use as a companion. Better yet, pull a Mr. House and have an army of Garys. Someone needs to make that a mod. We can call it something original and cool like.. Gary's Mod. No way that's been done before. Man I'm smart.
Yeah that's right, the ones you grab from inside the Simulation don't go down in condition as quickly, they usually end up lasting an entire playthrough. They are certailny work getting.
To anyone trying to do this on Xbox Series S or X the timing is a little trickier but it works exactly the way he put Gary 23. If you move the camera too far down you’ll click the chair instead of Gary. The timing of the camera movement during the loading screen is key.
Yeah that's right. If you can position Gary right, then it does make it a little easier to do. Moving the camera and clicking on Gary is tricky, so positioning him helps alot.
Sorry to hear that Ashok. You can try to position him a little lower and when you exit the simulation try to look down yourself. Also, save just before exiting the simulation and that way you can try multiple times without having to do the entire thing again.
No problem at all Nick, happy to have been able to help. Also make sure to grab the weapons, due to their HP, they could be classed as some of the best weapons in the game.
I'm pretty sure there is a way to stop the mutiny from the Outcasts by killing the guy who starts the mutiny (sorry, I forgot their name but he's the guy who is constantly saying he doesn't like the idea of an "outsider" getting technology.
That's an interesting thought. It's not something I have tried but will give it a go the next time I play this DLC again. Many thanks for sharing, I really appreciate it Sergeant.
@Trapped In Fallout Yeah, the best way to do it is push Defender Sibley (that's his name) into the locked room with Gary 23 in it and stealth kill him. The outcasts will turn hostile but you just have to hide in that room for a minute or two and they turn friendly again. It kind of sucks though because the outcasts just stay standing at the armory door and won't move, but good if you're a low level player not looking to fight 4 guys in power armor at level 5.
@@CDTyphol That's great to know. So you can continue to play the DLC as normal but avoid the fight at the end making the experience a little easier. I guess if you have the stealth suit then it would be easy anyway but still it's good to know if your dedicated to using a specific build.
That's awesome, I'm happy that my guide helped. This DLC is one of my personal favourites. Just feels really cool, almost reminds me of Metal Gear Solid when I first played that oh soo many years ago now.
Thanks for your question Shammari. I play on PC but using an XBox controller. But I think you hold down the Z key on a keyboard and that might do the trick. Remember to hold down the Z key for about a second and Gary should start floating around you as you move your camera. I hope that this helps.
Basically yes. However if you save just before existing the simulation then you can always try again if you don't get it on th first go. No problem at all, I hope that you have fun with this one. It's a great glitch and once you pull it off, things in the wasteland will drop like flies. The weapons and armors alone in the game from the simulation are pretty endgame level.
Thank you for the thorough instruction! And fun fact the durability of the item from the simulation does not deteriorate at all both weapon and the armor.
Your absolutely right, this makes both the armor and weapons pretty much endgame level. Thanks so much for your feedback and for your comment, thank you.
Sorry to hear that Steven. Is the Garry not in the room anymore? What platform are you playing on? This was recorded on PC so its working on PC, the last time I looked anyway.

Im on PC and trying to do this glitch. Im able to access Gary's body but my inventory is empty. After that if I try to access Gary's body again it just shows my original inventory. Am I still missing the timing or something?
You should be able to. Try making sure you can move things in general and then try moving the body. If not then it may be patched. Try looking through the comments on this video to see if anyone else on PS3 has been able to do this. I sadly don't own a PS3 so I can't confirm for myself.
Hi Imraan Adams, thanks so much for confirming that this glitch still works, I really appreciate that. I hope that you found this video both useful and enjoyable.

By proxy of your question, I think this would make for a great quick and small guide for my Fallout 3 Operation Anchorage DLC video playlist. I don't know why you would want to but do you suppose you could do this with the tranquility loungers, say for the pint size slasher mask or something?
Hey Jeff, thanks for your comment. If you decided to perform this glitch, the weapons or armors that you decide to 'take out' outside of the Simlation will all have a crazy high HP. The biggest benefit of performing this glitch is to have these high level gear in the wasteland and not really having to repair them almost ever. The second biggest benefit is actually having these items. Some of the weapons and armros are exclusive to the simulation but if you take them out then you can use them throughout the entire game. I hope this makes sense. This is actually one of the best glitches in the game, gives you access to a lot of stuff really early on. With that said, thanks Jeff for watching and commenting.

That's an awesome glitch exploited here for some cool items buddy! Nice work!
Thanks so much Reckless. I am currently playing Fallout 3 with items taken from the simulation. It's been a great experience. Thanks as always for watching and commenting dude.
Another awesome video Mo. I hope that this one helps out the community also. Great as always. Your growing so fast.
I hope so to, thank you so much for watching and for commenting 👍.
Great video. Short, concise and to the point.
Thanks for your feedback. I always try to keep my videos easy and simple.
If i save the game right before general chase speaks to me and if I fail to successfully transfer the items will loading the game back work?
Yes it will, in fact I recommend you do just that. If the glitch does not work then simply reload and try again. It is also worth you trying to find as many of the items as you can. Thanks so much for commenting Grognok, stay safe my friend.
@@TrappedInFallout thank you for answering my question. You stay safe as well.
@@grognok No problem at my friend, best of luck with the exploit.
Very nice tutorial! Glad I found a modern and concise one, most of them are ancient.

FW and a great #fallout3 guide Mo. Hope you enjoyed your days off work with the family. I am back at work now for tonight and tomorrow night then off till the 3rd Jan. We've had a great Christmas just a shame it was all over so quickly!

@@TrappedInFallout Super convenient to have guides right at your doorstep since you made them hahaha
I just finished Operation Anchorage and it took me about 10min to pull of the glitch but I managed to secure the Anchorage items.
@@TrappedInFallout
It did end up working; I just had to position Gary 23 over the seat rather than the footrest so I didn’t have to orient my camera downwards.
Chinese assault rifle is my favorite video game weapon and having one that doesnt break is awesome
It is a solid weapon for sure and it's worth having too.
Wow that’s some mind blowing stuff! Awesome find man!
Hey Alex, thanks man for checking out the video. Appreciate it dude. It's one of my more fun glitch video that is 100% worth doing.
Can anyone confirm this still works, sometime within the last year. Did Bethesda stop patching glitches for fallout 3?
The last time I did this glitch was about three months ago and it worked pretty well for me. Sadly this is a tricky one, it's all about timing. To help I am running the latest version of the game with the latest patches. I hope that this helps.
@@TrappedInFallout thanks mate.
@@realbenking Np at all 😄👍
With all the mods I have improving performance, the items get removed way too quickly lol. could just use console commands but I thought I'd try it anyways xD
Ha ha fair enough. Its interesting to try for sure and even better if you can pull it off. Sort of like some extra rewards for finishing the DLC.
thank you so much now i have the most op shotgun in the game
Using this trick will pretty much get you end game weapons right away as well as lots of good armor options.
I was so lucky. I have to say, thank you.
No problem at all, I hope it helped.
Cool glitch bro, thanks for sharing. So the weapons basically last a long time if you can take them out of the simulation?
Yeap, they have a really high HP therefore they require much less repairs. As a result they last a lot longer and degrade much slower. Thanks so much for watching Rayhan, I hope your well bro.
I have been doing this glitch since 2011 👍 great glitch
Me too lol. It was my goto glitch for getting end game kit at the beginning of the game.
Great stuff. nice job
Thank you so much Jonscott for watching and for taking the time to comment. I honestly appreciate your support Jonscott 👍.
But if i remember corectly i use Gaus rifle on PS3 even without this cheat....
You do get some weapons but they don't have the large HP boost. This allows you to get some pretty OP weapons relatively early on.
Sadly i found this video 1/2 through the simulation. I shall use this information however and you've earned a like which i rarely give on youtube. Thank you for the good information.
Wow thank you, I really appreciate that.
@@TrappedInFallouti came back for my newest run i am indeed using this info thanks again for the good video.

Poor Gary. His lifeless corpse is being used as a storage device only to be discarded afterwards.
True and sadly it's not a great deal. That said he is part of one of the best glitches anyone can do in Fallout so it's not entirely bad.
That exploit is patch with the unofficial patch and ttw... why do they put so much enford to take the good stuff?
And nice video man (as usual) keep it up

@@neon5359 No no, I did not take it the wrong way at all. Sometimes it's hard to convert tone with text 😄. I don't really have an answer bud. But if I were to guess then I think there are a number of people who intend to 'update' the game such that every bug, glitch and exploit is fixed.

What do y it do if you’re already in the simulation
Sadly if you have not setup Gary before jumping into the simulation then you will not be able to do this.

Omfg 😦😧 I’ve always known about this glitch since year 1 and attempted it many times to no avail, but NOW. I try it and it works, I’m so pleased and done founded with how much I’m still learning about the game
It's a solid glitch and you can pretty much get end game kit at the beginning of the game.
I totally agree, most of these items can be considered end game items also.
Ngl I only had 20 in lockpick when I first did this, only reason it worked was because I decided to loot a 101 Utility Jumpsuit which allowed me to lockpick my way in
That's lucky. Happy to see that you managed to get in.
lol when you dont want to follow the rules, abuse the broken system :D
Well, it's more like a hidden feature found after hours and hours of game testing 😉. Thanks so much bro for watching and for commenting, really appreciate your support brother.
so if i didn’t put gary’s body in the pod before hand i wont be able to do this ?
Sadly no. Placing his body correctly is vital to getting this to work.
I tried this today but it seems as soon as I leave the Sim and enter Gary's inventory i already have all my items back. I'll keep trying but i can't seem to crack it
Sadly this is all a timing thing and it's a little frustrating since you also need to get the body positioning correct before starting the simulation.
This makes me wish we could have tamed a single Gary to use as a companion. Better yet, pull a Mr. House and have an army of Garys. Someone needs to make that a mod.
We can call it something original and cool like.. Gary's Mod. No way that's been done before. Man I'm smart.
Ha ha ha that's pretty good. It would have been cool to be able to recruit a Gary.
I'm having some trouble doing this. Garry is in the chair but he's not in a sitting position. That the problem?
He does not need to be in a sitting position, a position that you can access his inventory as soon as you leave the simulation is good enough.
Very nice 🥰✌
Hi Sean, many thanks for watching and commenting, I hope that you enjoyed learning about this one. Stay safe my friend 👍.
@@TrappedInFallout ✌🥰
But dont u get most of the weapons after completing the mission in that room?
But they dont degrade so its worth i guess
I struggle so hard to perfect position gary i tried two times but not working for me in pc 😢
Sorry to hear that Ashok. You can try to position him a little lower and when you exit the simulation try to look down yourself. Also, save just before exiting the simulation and that way you can try multiple times without having to do the entire thing again.
Only got it to work after i chose the second choice after talking to the general
It can be tricky so did you get it working then?
@TrappedInFallout yeah just spammed the hell out out of it
Thanks I don't have to mod my game to wear the anchorage combat armor
It didn't take me an 1hour 1/2 on my current playthrough because I watched your tip on how to skip to the end, after getting the requisition items.

I'm new to the keyboard
Thanks for your question Shammari. I play on PC but using an XBox controller. But I think you hold down the Z key on a keyboard and that might do the trick. Remember to hold down the Z key for about a second and Gary should start floating around you as you move your camera. I hope that this helps.
So essentially you have one chance to get this glitch right to get unbreakable weapons and armor. Sweet risk reward

Sorry to hear that Steven. Is the Garry not in the room anymore? What platform are you playing on? This was recorded on PC so its working on PC, the last time I looked anyway.
Smoke grenades, prewar Chinese assult rifle!!
Hey Micheal, thanks for your comment. I have sort of covered the Chinese Assault Rifle as part of my 'tant any NPC weapon' glitch for Operation Anchorage but perhaps not the Smoke Grenades. Thanks for your comment and very possible giving me a video suggestion, thank you.
This is to hard i just cant find his body im so frustrated
The body should be in the room that is directly to the room of the simulation pod room as you come out, is it not there?
Im on PC and trying to do this glitch. Im able to access Gary's body but my inventory is empty. After that if I try to access Gary's body again it just shows my original inventory. Am I still missing the timing or something?
It might be that. Timing on this trick is very short. That said you should see the inventory on Gary as you saw just before entering the simulation.
On ps3 i never have moved bodies around. Does ps3 have an other way of doing this ?
You should be able to. Try making sure you can move things in general and then try moving the body. If not then it may be patched. Try looking through the comments on this video to see if anyone else on PS3 has been able to do this. I sadly don't own a PS3 so I can't confirm for myself.
Just did it on the PS3 GOTY version, you can move things around pressing the R3 button.
@Megaman377 Oh thank you for your instructions, I really appreciate it.

Ah that's a new one, not heard of that issue before. If you already have not, perhaps try resetting your game to see if that fixes the issue. That said, any luck?
When you stop the simulation dlc can you end it at any time or not?
I assume you meant start since once you stop you can not get back in. But after you start you will need to finish it and play it through to the end.
Wow!
Ha ha thanks Nutz, it's an awesome glitch and if doen early will pretty much set you up for the rest of the game.

Strangely others have said that also. I wonder if its fixed on some platforms because of that. I very well might be.
@@TrappedInFallout yeah but does it work with tranquility lounger?
@@macs3948 In all honesty I have not tried it but will look into it. We would need something to act as a storage container the moment we exit back into the tranquility lounger and I do recal there being a Mr Gutsy nearby which we may be able to use. I'll have to check this and get back to you Jeff and Mac.
@@TrappedInFallout unfortunately it doesn’t work as soon as you press to exit the simulation it takes it away from inventory before it gets to loading screen and there’s nothing in your inventory by the time
@@TheOneAboveAII Sorry to hear that. I haven't done this in a while, probably around a month since I played OA. But it did work at the time. It's a great exploit, sucks that it did not work out 😔
Damn.. i already started the sim...
Oh well, you can checkout my replay any DLC exploit to be able to play the DLC again 😃
Como obtuviste la espada de jingwei dentro de la simulación?
I basically take it from him, right out of his hands. I have a guide on how I did this here:

@@papadad6No problem at all, I'm happy that it worked out for you in the end.
Thanks my guy I tried it and it works!!!
Glad I could help, it's a great glitch and doing this pretty much sets you up with the endgame weapons and armors right away. It's super useful.
Does this work 2024?
Yes, this still works. It might take a few tries but it works.
hello my friend super video and super contain. and really its too good⚡⚡⚡🙏🙏 ||||||||||🙌🏻🙌🏻💯💯👌👍 and your friend mr jc
Hi ProMatch, thank you so much for stopping by and watching my video. I hope that you found it useful and enjoyable.
if you're on PC just use console commands
Ha ha I can't argue with that, it's true lol. Thanks so much for checking out my video, I really appreciate it.
How does using console commands help? I am struggling to get this to work. I'm able to access Gary's body but my inventory is empty.
@@VizarrosmicrogrowI guess you can just get the weapons with a console command and don't have to do the glitch at all

Hope you had fun with this one, its well worth doing.

I placed gary exactly like urs but still its hard and not working for me . The time i enter gary it shows only my owned item in game and not the simulation ones
Hey Ashok, sorry for that. It's a tricky one and you have to get the timing just right. You need to line up the selection and open the inventory in a very short time window. This is one of the more harder ones to do. Do save just before you exit the simulation to be able to try multiple times but sadly it's all a timing and Gary position thing.
Bro atlast i did it 😵😵😵😵😵😵😵😵
the happiness is overwhelming for me 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 tqs for your video
@@Imagineminded ha ha I'm so happy that you managed to get it to work, it's am awesome feeling and a great exploit. Now go and have lots of fun.
Im definitely getting this DLC
It's a solid way to get a lot of high level weapons and armor quickly.
Dude this glitch dont work the moment i move all the similutation stuff over to gary i still dont have the items at all its not working
Body should be in the room on the right as you come out, I take it that it's not there. Maybe try reloading your game, perhaps the body did not spawn if your not seeing it.
@@TrappedInFallout i meant i cant find it after defeating the general but i re did it positioned gary perfect as possible where my body went in to his now i look diwn straight in a straight line and tap a non stop and i get to his invtory now i just need 20,000 10mm bullets to bring back
@@TrappedInFallout the guns came over but not ammo it shows the ammo but once i move over to gary its there then i click all and the ammo isent in my inv. Only the guns

@@TrappedInFallout yeah this glitch dont work i transfer items to gary and when i get out simulation i dont have the stuff wow im very mad what a waste of time
Can you get the winterized Chinese jump suit and the hat with the mask on Xbox 360?
I've not played the DLC for a while now but as long as you can get the items during your time in the DLC then yes. That said it would be hard to do. You can force switch enemy weapons but I'm not sure about clothing.
@@TrappedInFallout yeah I just gave up on getting the Chinese soldiers hat with the mask. I did get almost everything else though I was even able to bring back a flamer and mini gun. And I just started the character. I started the dlc as soon as I got out of the vault so with all this gear and ammo the rest of the game should be a piece of cake 😂
@@D3ADT1ME Yeah, pretty much. Go and recruit Charon and Dogmeat also for an evern easier time.
Thanks!!!
No problem at all, thanks for checking out my guide and for your comment.
pc only i asume, i have ps3 and cant pick up garry
Nope, or rather it should work across all platforms.
can I do the simulation again? I'm late, I didn't know this glitch and my last save is not in simulation anymore
Hi Haekal, yes it very much might be possible. I made a video showing how it might be possible to reply DLC content again as if your playing it for the first time. It's a little complicated to answer in a comment but you basically uninstall the DLC, save your game, reinstall and then you should get a prompt to play the DLC again. Here is my video explaining how it works, I hope that it helps:

Yes this works on PC. This video was recorded on PC.
Nice.
Many thanks for checking out my guide, I really appreciate it sindo 👍
I will try this right now, wish me luck
Best of luck Fever. When you get this working you will be able to use some really high HP gear items in the base game. You can also pair this with the Stealth Suite as well as the Winterized Power Armor straight after finishing the simulation.
