    21:03 middle glenohumeral ligament provides anterior translation but not inferior translation. Ref.Cynthia Norkin (6th edition) Pg: 208.

    In shoulder resting position Superior gleno humeral ligament or superior capsule which one give more stability to shoulder joint (Inferior).

    Sir I have a doubt, in the video you said that the middle GH lig is tight at 60° abduction and inf GH is tight at 45° along with rotation, but then later in the diagram you said middle GH is tight at 45° and inf GH is tight at 60°. Please clear my doubt sir, its confusing.

      Yes its 60 degree only when middle is tight and 45 degree abduction with rotation for inferior...sorry for the mistake...thank u for coming up for rectification. Good luck
