So it's E minor , and we have I min (Root), VI min bVI Maj, VII maj. The VII maj is a substitute for what would traditionally be dominant. The VI min is borrowed from the parallel major key (E major). Need to remember that, is sounds great!
Good video man, for anyone reading this, you could also think of the 2nd chord as Bsus(4)/C# - because the G# is not present, it can’t claim to be an extended version of the C# minor chord - in this case, what you could term C#m7/11 - the minor 7th with the added 11th. Good stuff ☺️👍🏼
The secret of this plan, is both to use rich chords (9th chords with two hands) but especially stack of fourths. May be it's not a good idea to play bassline with left hand : you lose the harmonic benefits of stack of fourths.

yeah most keyboard players do L:chords/R:melody, but iam used to L:bass/R:chords because my band didnt had bass player
