📋 INGREDIENTS:
• Meat:
• 1 pork fillet
• 2 tsp salt
• 2 tsp sweet paprika
• 2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
• Cornflakes breading:
• 150 g cornflakes (approx. 5.3 oz)
• 2 tsp salt
• 2 tsp garlic powder
• 2 tsp sweet paprika
• 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
• 1 egg
• Dough:
• 200 g yogurt (approx. 7 oz)
• 250 g all-purpose flour (approx. 8.8 oz)
• 1 tsp baking powder
• Sauce:
• 3 tbsp yogurt
• 2 tbsp ketchup
• 1 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1/2 tbsp mustard
• Salad:
• Lettuce
• Tomatoes
• Shallot
• Baking: Bake at 200°C (392°F) for 25 minutes in a convection oven.

Dein Heidelbeer Kuchen ist im Ofen. Allerdings statt Kokosraspel habe ich gemahlene Mandeln genommen, da ich kein Kokos mag.
