For me, you gave three super important tips. 1. where e came from,(which someone else mentioned), 2. Keeping u consistent, ("if you make u the trig function, keep it the trig function"), and 3. how you get the original function in the end and have to cancel it out to get the final answer. thanks a lot for the well-explained procedure.
