In my case, refueling the air conditioner was enough for 2-3 months, after which, during the operation of the climate control, a hiss was heard, sounds similar to the overflow of liquids, and the air from the deflectors went less and less cold until it became completely warm. The reason is a malfunction of the low pressure hose. If the same fate befell the high-pressure hose, freon would go away in a matter of hours.
In this video, you will see the detailed process of replacing the low pressure hose of the air conditioning system on a Chevrolet Captiva and Opel Antara with a 2.2 184 hp diesel engine.
The fasteners of the hose are located in hard-to-reach places, and it was not easy to get it due to its length and unevenness, so it was not always possible to remove the material well, but I tried my best to show and explain what and how we did it.
