    1. Sleep cycle
    2. Water intake
    3. Increased daily activities
    4. No meals post 8pm
    5. Limited junk food intake
    6. Increased protein intake
    7. 30 mins daily exercises for dopamine
    Note: daily stretches especially after 28 age (for me)
    Current wt: 92kgs.

      The objective of this video is to be healthy bro, not muscular - so mobility, endurance and lean muscle mass gets priority. For this genetics is not crucial - This is my basic understanding. I could be wrong!

    sleep cycle should be same in sence same time period 6 hrs epo thoongunalum eduthupenrathu quantity wise ok but quality aana sleep venumna wake up & sleep time should same daily

      @@commonsenseTamilyoutube Ungaluku work out aana elarukum work out agathu bro. Water doesn't reduce your cravings.You need to eat something solid for that.Eating fiber rich food atleast will do some effect.

      @@commonsenseTamilyoutubewell said. Fitness matters but it depends on each person. What works for one person will not work for another. Some people just follow a template that worked for another. The thing that worked for me - reduced carbs, increased protein intake, shunned snacks/ice cream/candies worked out more regularly, and slept well. I reduced my body fat % from 28 to 19 and waist circumference from 41 in to 35 in, weight from 80 kgs to 70 kgs in 2 years. Most of my weight is in muscles now. While I don’t look like Hulk, I am fit and flexible than before.
