- The Leica DISTO™ X6 with its extremely robust housing, IP65 protection class and scratch-resistant display glass is particularly suitable for rough construction site use. The perfect combination of digital Pointfinder, ergonomic operation with touchscreen and additional measuring button on the side, as well as high functionality, guarantees that every measuring task can be completed quickly and efficiently. The results can then be sent and further processed in the DISTO™ Plan app.
All measurement results can be summarised in measurement reports on the Leica DISTO™ X6 and downloaded in the office via the USB interface. This makes it easy to include them in quotations and invoices. The data can also be imported into Excel for further processing.
P2P Technology is a safe, accurate and efficient measurement method when it comes to distance measurements in inaccessible areas or complex measurement situations. It also enables a completely digital workflow, as the captured measurement results can be further processed in any CAD software.

Quero comprar um, porém a Leica Brasil não me atende, não responde email, não tem produtos disponíveis. Como faço para comprar o disto x6?
Hi canalopenthebox, thank you for contacting us. Please find below our support link. As soon as you have completed the form, our support team will check your enquiry as soon as possible. disto-support.leica-geosystems.com/s/contactsupport
Hello, what is the battery operation time ? And can it be used on the battery bank if the battery is low. Thanks
Hello, the battery lasts up to 8 hours, or approximately 8 000 measurements. If the battery is empty, you can also use the battery bank or charge the battery from the socket. The DISTO X6 can be used during the charging process.
How is accuracy? I Found that it would be a hit/miss when measuring accurate things (have a mirror fit into an alcove with holes) would sometimes be off by over 1/2". Will this be better than the X3, X4, S910 in accuracy?
DISTO X6 contains our newest measurement technology features which enable very precise measurements. Such measurement will not be an issue!
@@LeicaGeosystemsCH Thank you for the response. How is it more accurate? By saying "technology" it makes me doubt that it will be any better.
Disto X6 has the same accuracy as the DISTO's you mentioned, which is 1.0 mm. Please see the technical data in the link below. shop.leica-geosystems.com/sites/default/files/2023-10/Leica%20DISTO%20X6%20data-sheet_2307_V1.0_EN.pdf
@@LeicaGeosystemsCHthanks. But if it’s the same 1mm accuracy as the other devices then why would this one be “very precise” as you mentioned before?
Also the spec sheet says there is a “95% confidence level”. So does this mean that 5% of the measurements will not be 1mm? Because that is close to the outcome that I get with the X3 device. I’ll measure 20 holes on a wall and about 1 or 2 measurements will be about 1” +\- from what it actual measurement is.
Accuracy level of the P2P is significantly worse. Variance of 5mm at 5m and 10mm at 10m. So measuring a p2p wall that is 10m wide it could be a whole 3/8” off … that isn’t accurate in my book.
Planning to respond?
Is the product available in India? How to order it?
Yes it is. There are several online dealers or you can contact our office.

Can I shut down the camera if not needed now?
There are two ways to switch on/off the pointfinder:
Option 1: Press and hold the zoom key (upper arrow key) for 2 seconds to switch the pointfinder on/off.
Option 2: Go to the Settings and go the the page three by moving right in the menu to find the Pointfinder option and turn it on/off by pressing ON/DIST or equal button.
Is that all? That is, only additional optical magnification is implemented in this model, the display is improved and USB-c is added ? Leica, are you serious?
I think another difference is -50m of max measuring but also a more competitive price, not sure
