Uh ...... I believe your "lavender" is actually sage. Real lavender is difficult to grow in the SE USA.
I was also thinking that looks a lot like sage
I was going to say that
You have to boil pine cones until the oil has been removed, not really worth it as that can take literal days of boiling
Definitely not lavender. That's common sage
