i think i have theory is that wander is one of many other wanderes but was split and captured by a group of bounty hunters that robocop guy from the 2nd episode and sylvia who switched sides because of wander ability to make friends during his time before he meet sylvia as a bounty hunter he has no real name so they named him tumbleweed in one galaxy and wander the next during his time as tumbleweed he befriended a identical villain like hater and met his hat to make his job easier
