I always dream about all the other great concerts by Band Maid that wasn't captured professionally! They must have done over 400 concerts by now. Yet to date, only 3 {!} have made it to blurays. Each of those 3 gave us at least one memorable clip. Take Me Higher, Don't You Tell Me, Freedom.
"Clang" is a really fantastic song. It's a fighting song, very inspirational lyrics. Once you understand the lyrics, your feeling toward the song will multiply.
This is in my top 2 or 3 B-M live performances. Kanami's guitar tone, the main riff, and all the little licks in your right ear - she's straight-up channeling EVH for about 5 minutes and it's absolutely awesome.
More or less a hidden gem and one of my favorites. There is a version out there where the intro has Misa tapping on bass as well as Kanami on lead guitar.
"Even though I said it......twice"....LOL! CLANG is such a strong song, that many forget about.....it' a Banger!! The Zepp Tokyo shows are AWESOME!!! Great mix.
@4:28 - Yes, yes, a hundred times yes! I've heard analysists miss the "swing" in that drop. The notes are not quite even, and _everyone_ in the band matches it exactly! Akane, MISA, Miku, and Kanami are tighter than leather gloves left out in the rain. And they do it _every_ time, you hear it in Vladimir's videos , too! They must have rehearsed the _hell_ out of that. What an excellent band - first of all, writing it, and second of all, playing it. Very loose and yet polished.
Nice reaction. This may be my favorite riff of Kanami's. It's so badass. Zepp and Studio Coast are both amazing concerts with great mixes, though I think you can hear Akane's kick drum a bit better in Studio Coast. You can't go wrong with either though.
Thanks for mentioning the Synth. Kanami doesn't get enough credit for her Keyboard parts. And thanks for bring back Zepp performances. The UA-cam stuff gets done to death, but few go back to mine this gold. How about a little Studio Coast?
Welcome to the Akane Show! 🤭 The number of songs in which the audience can participate is almost perverse, but this is one of the best for me. 🔥🤘🏻 _____________________ 「 _Look inside the mirror of you. Can you say now is the best of who you are?_ 」--- *Nemophila* 'RISE' 💮
@@GlassMoonGaming Bochum is great with the MISA/Kanami tapping intro and it's always a wonderful reminder of two terrific concerts (+Hamburg) I was at with Vladimir. Btw. Moratorium with Kanami´s solo intro is most impressive as well as in Bochum so in Hamburg.
Thanks for the reactions to my favorite songs. I was actually at this concert, but I think it was after Saiki had throat polyp surgery, which made his singing a little problematic, but it was still a great concert and I still recall the excitement when I watch this video. Thank you so much. Also, due to various problems with my previous account (Cat's Eye), I have re-subscribed to this one as it is a different account.
@@infinity-f5f It's "Don't You Tell Me" cos i think it's an unrelenting series of all the best, catchy Rock riffs & grooves ever put together. But i do think Miku's song lyrics are a cut above what you'd expect from the norm :)
@@GaryHolloway-810 Oh, that's right. I made a mistake.😅 And I forgot that in addition to being a comedian and artist you are also a lyricist. I watched Ryan's video and was amazed at your talent.😍 And I feel that Miku's lyric writing and guitar skills are underrated. Btw, there is a roadie reactor who is picky about English pronunciation, but does Saiki's pronunciation bother you?
Time machines were invented to go to this concert....several times. A tear in the eye and lump in the throat at how good this concert was.
Studio Coast is close but Zepp holds the most special place in my heart for how awesome it is :)
Or should be!
Awesome!

I think it's pretty clear where I stand on the subject 😊 lol
Clang should really be a staple of their live performances. You cant convince me it isn't one of their best live tracks.
I totally agree.
I don't think many fans would disagree with that!

Awesome!
They are playing this song at some of the recent shows in Japan.
Awesome!
my 2nd favorite song from 'domination' after dice.
Nice!

For anyone reading this, check Vladimir Chupin's videos of the 2019 European tour.
Thanks!
BAND-MAID never grate but they sure can Clang. And the crowd isn't there just to enjoy the show, the Maids make sure the crowd ARE part of the show.😁
Exactly!👍
Very nicely put!
クラングやモラトリアムのguitar riffが大好きです!🤍
Thanks!
CLANG! What a cool name for a song and performance.
Absolutely!

The Zepp Tokyo shows are AWESOME!!! Great mix.
LOL Thanks! I love what I've seen so far!
Two things to note... Akane's stellar tom work and the way Saiki winks at the camera near the end of the second verse... 😍
Both very cool parts!

... and "Fate" right after it ...
Thanks! I loved it!
Remember, Kanami is also their keyboard player, so she does background synths. Akane usually triggers the add in parts from a pad.
Nice!
Non stop bursts of excellence from all members, coming together in a fantastic song,
100%
Another great performance! Let me know your thoughts. Don't forget to Like and Subscribe! Check out the NEW Amazon links in the description!
I'll see them in Atlanta, hope you get a chance to see them this year. Great reaction again!!!!!🕊🍌🍻☕⚾
Awesome! I won't miss them the next time they come near me!

Studio Coast definitely is top tier! Awesome show and sound!
Great song! While the sound at Zepp Tokyo is excellent, in my opinion the sound of their Studio Coast recording is even better!
Studio Coast is definitely amazing!
Yessir!!!

Absolutely true. And fortunately my voice isn't too out of tune to join in :)
Love it any time the audience becomes part of the show! These ladies do it justice!
Need to check out Vlads fancam of "CLANG" at Bochum...
I'll check it out!

Ooh i didn't know Clang was your fave song. But let's face it it's not a bad choice to have as your fave is it.😁
That's right! Did you not know that? I love the songs, but I also love the lyrics.
Was your favorite song "Take Me Higher"?😁
Jealous of you for getting to be at the show! Glad to have you subbed (again)!
