Crazy, a pack of 4 decent steaks, $97 freaking dollars! Id lose serious weight if I went on a meat diet, in fact, I might go broke and die
Yes and no. I lost 3 stone but put a couple of pound back as I had craving for salad and fresh veg lol but I keep going back on it for a week ish and then have veg so not too bad
@@51foxy Keep at it! I lost about 25 lb doing keto. I’ve heard good things about carnivore. If you’re having trouble with it, try being keto or ketovore (10g carbs max) for a while and see how it goes.
Keto quickest m8 leaner meats and berries veg also sweet potatoes(non starchy) and 2 meals a day between say between 12&8 or 10&6 at night long as you eat within 8hr window it will drop off oh and brisk walk half hour plus
That's not actually right. You need MORE saturated animal fats. Also, berries are full of fructose which spikes Insulin which keeps fat cells LOCKED. Berries and fruit juice are bad. For life long health you want to cut out all carbs, all sugars, all processed foods and all seed oils which are rich in Omega 6. OMAD Daily fasting window should be 4-6 hours in concert with a person's circadian rythm. Ultimately you should eat once a day and fast 36 hours once or twice a week. Starch comes with carbs. There is no essential carbs.

We could have this Leto vs carnivore fight all day long there plus and minus in both and it will all change tmro , there’s too many wannabe scientists on you tube and their already saying fasting don’t do shit so do wat works for you
