Paul. Listen to me. This is NOT a diet. It's life-long regime change for survival. The alternative is dying. Avoid death - Be healthy. I'm 5 months in and I've lost 14 kg. No exercise. You need lots of saturated fat with your protein. Eat the fat on the steak. It's healthy. For years you have been lied to. Note : Eating carbs / sugars and seed oil rich processed foods all the time is what makes you retain water. Keep going. After 6 months start eating once a day and putting 18 hours between your meals. Then start walking. Walking and Fasting. Eventually you will end up fasting 36 hours once a week. This means Insulin is LOW and Ketones are being produced. This is what unlocks fat cells for fuel. Keep going. It's this or early death. Don't let the Big Pharma and Big Food win. They want you to eat crapola and be sick. Even your doctor doesn't know.
Hi Paul….personally i am not convinced a meat diet long term is a good thing….i believe verity is a the spice of life!..lol….a bit of what you fancy does you good….i love meat but try t be sensible …i eat a lot the green stuff too….anyway all the best mate…cheers…(i am a bit of a curry monster on the quiet 🤫) cheers
@@51foxy Hey….Good stuff…..to be honest i am sceptical of ‘fad’ diets…i am a lifelong meat and 2 veg man…i think it’s all about variety - us humans are omnivores and designed to munch on stuff as i becomes available- anyway I sound like a preacher! Lol…all the best…

It’s only for a month and then I’m going to eat veg and salad plus fruit. So should be ok
