1.) Investment - Do capital gains investments like buying of lands in areas that'd be or are already prominent area. As the value of the land will appreciate over time with zero efforts.
2.) Trust Funds - you can do this by creating an account in any bank of your choice or insurance company. Have a commitment of fueling the account with a certain amount of money monthly. Apart from cash, you can always use any acceptable top tier commodities like GOLD to fuel the account from time to time.
