to be honest, as a fnaf fan myself it did end up falling a bit flat. i actually liked the direction they went for the lore but the problem was the way they had to approach it. people for some reason are leaving out the fact that their core audience currently is mostly on the younger side, while the og fans from the first couple games are now in high school or college so they have to find a way to appeal to BOTH demographics, which is a HUGE part of why it felt so held back yet you can tell that they tried to be a little scary. one other thing this movie also proved for films in general is practical animatronics/suits doesn’t always equal better than cgi, what’s more important is the directing and how you SHOW the characters. there was not a moment in the film where i felt like the animatronics were a real threat or even the least bit scary, again probably to make it watchable for younger kids but they could’ve at LEAST gave them better lighting, because they relied heavily on it’s natural lighting from the neon signs n stuff which isn’t really a bad idea in itself, but it doesn’t create that spooky atmosphere that they wanted to achieve. it was CLOSE to being a decent movie if it weren’t for the fact that they held so much back for the audience, im hoping that if they do a sequel that the audience matures a bit allowing them to let loose a bit more because i really did enjoy SOME aspects of it, it just couldn’t reach its full potential because of the restrictions

*Average FNAF fan who has only seen 3 movies and gave the movie a 14/10* I'm currently crying so hard right now. This is seriously the most beautiful, well put together story ever. I can’t believe how magical it was 1:12. That part truly made me shed a tear. And especially at 6:34 that part was just so truly heart touching words can not describe the series of emotions I felt. I absolutely loved the climax it had insanely excellent detail. Oh and we can’t forget the conclusion. The conclusion was the greatest and saddest conclusion I have ever seen better than any of the books I have read. Thank you so much for creating this absolute masterpiece. This is essentially the most important masterpiece of film history. It is a tragedy that this, it can’t be called a film, but a transcendent emotional experience, will be inaccessible for most. It beautifully encapsulates the human struggle to its basics; suffering, pleasure, faith, despair. It connects with the characters within the viewers, individuals suppressed within our own subconscious. It stays vibrant, fresh, and revolutionizes the art of storytelling and filmmaking while making a damn of statement on what it means to be human. Entertaining, gripping, and simply exhilarating. This might be the most impactful piece of art I’ve come across in my life, and I’m definitely coming back to it in the near future to study it more deeply. this is an absolute masterpiece , I was brought to tears listening to this and seeing the bacon go whirly swirly in a circle countless times. it absolutely moved my soul , and I don't think I can ever be the same. this bacon has changed my entire mental state , I am now at peace with who I am and what I will be doing later in my life. i have forgiven all my enemies and now I am a man of a pacifist life. I will move on , gotta move on , as the song says. the bacon is so inspirational , it shares it vast wisdom with all of us , and we are all so lucky that it would bestow it's great words with us. we are all children on bacon. hail bacon. hail bacon. The spinning bacon, rotating in one direction with this music... This made me tear up. How could such a bacon do such a thing? I'm struck by awe by this masterpiece. Especially when the bacon spins, showing its lightly salt covered tan skin. I can hear the crunch just from here, and so as the beautiful sound of the bacon scraping the dark, smooth velvet floor. The flavor, music and everything can be heard, tasted, seen and felt from a screen. You can really hear the breaths between the music artist, empathizing her love for this rotating bacon. Truly what I call modern art. This was the most legendary performance by any piece of bacon I have ever watched. The acting was top tier and very life changing. This is one of the greatest work from a piece of bacon I have ever seen especially on 57:42.I am currently crying so hard right now. if someone likes a widely disliked movie, then they don't have to agree that such a movie is "objectively bad" but add an addendum that they enjoyed it anyway
Because if someone genuinely enjoys a movie, then that is more than enough reason to call it good, and there is no need to dance around it, because, at the end of the day, art is subjective, but that doesn't make it any less special, but a lot of people seem to think it does

This was me watching the movie. I wish I was kidding. I couldn’t help myself. My 20 y/o mind morphed into a nerdy 9 y/o soul, and by the time the movie started, it was too late. I had a goofy smile on my face the whole movie. I tried to be critical, I really did. I wanted to be bored when 87 minutes of Micheal Obama lore was on the screen. I just wasn’t. As soon as those goofy little big animatronic animal guys came on screen, it made everything worth it. Probably a 6/10 movie, realistically, but an 11/10 movie in my heart. ❤
