Hi mate, the plants looks stunning so luscious and green I have a heavily planted tank and I’m having real problems with black spots on the leaves the light is on about six hours a day any ideas how to fix it?
Hi mate, if your plants are slow growers like anubias, ferns, buce etc. They are prone to green spot algae if they're getting too much light without CO2. If you can change the intensity you could the lower the intensity. Or raise the light if possible, shade the worst hit plants under other plants or hardscape. The worst hit leaves I would cut away. Livestock such as Amano shrimp, otos and horned nerite snails will also help. Hope this helps.
@ thanks mate makes sense All of my plants are all different size. Anubias the leaves are more dark brown/black. I don’t feed them would that help as well? And what would you recommend?

@petesie80 Thanks mate, I was lucky enough to get these lights free to try out but you don't need an expensive light for this type of set up.
