Blowing your sinuses out of your ears as a signal, that's genius level funny. The author has created the foundation for a series of stories. I hope he can finish this one before I forget to look for the next part.
I really wish owner of these site would stop posting unfinished stories. It is frustrating to listen to a good story that engages your interest only to find out that it is only half a story with no ending.
This doesn't seem unfinished though, unless one lacks imagination. The author told the story he intended to tell. Not every story is neatly wrapped up with a pretty little bow. This story wasn't about actually getting to nibbit, it was about HOW they got to nibbit. You don't want the story finished, because the story IS finished, you want a sequel, I do too. What a disservice you do to the author and this story by calling it unfinished though.
@@Bosshoggson True but it would be nice to see if they made it. I have been listening to a number of stories that seem to end on a cliff hanger with no resolution. While one can make up their own I would prefer the author finish it. These make me think of the old serials where each episode ended unfinished as a way to bring back the viewer for the next episode.
I don't remember, but there is a word for that. When writers use human metrics/definitions to explain the story. What I mean is that in the story world maybe the question was "how many *something* can u take?", but to make it understandable for the reader writer wrote: "how many Gs can u take?". Most of sci-fi, concerning aliens use same abstraction. If u read/watch many sci-fi, u will see that most of the dates are in years. Than in reality it would be something completely different and more universal.
@@elinisguy I understand, but if it’s fiction, why not just make up a neat sounding, new standard of measurement for it? Might as well commit! And it would be more believable as a story line if they had their own measurements of everything, including passage of time and units of gravity.
@@elinisguy Good point on time passage, because a story I listened to yesterday kept cycling between years, big cycles, and grand cycles. I found it very annoying and distracting because of the obvious mixup, when all the units, by context, should have been the same one. I guess consistency would at least be the number one priority, instead of imagination.
@@brandonrogers2769 they do have a different unit for g-force. The text is translated from galatic-standard to English, and so the units where translated to English too.
Why end this story with a cliffhanger?? I feel cheated. Whomever wrote this, please provide closure in your stories or label them as Part-1 so listeners can watch for Part-2. It was well told and intriguing, only to be left hanging on multiple threads. Boooooooooooo.

We need a Part 2 for this story!!!
yes

hope there is more to this story.....sounds like a good tale so far
Same, edge of my seat right now.
This is a great story and I would love a part two.
Triddle in picture missing mustache . I imagine a garden gnome
To be honest, I imagined Triddle as the thumbnail with the glorious mustache. This guy is one of the other smoothlip nibbits.😁
Was there ever a Part #2?
I like it!
Good story but sometimes it's not easy to know who's talking.
If they use a galactic standard language, they probably also don’t use Earth’s ‘G-force’ as a standard.. very entertaining still!!

@@Creaform003 That makes sense. Thanks!
Yeah what happened to the end
💙👍🏻
WHy The F would you end it there?
When did the annoying music get added?
Great, another unfinished story.

You chopped the story right in the middle. You get no like.
Chopped it how?
