The fact that we grew up not even knowing celebrities went through pregnancy and had babies since i guess it was some type of taboo especially actresss had so much pressure to have that glow immediately after delivery , hiding their baby bumps and all to the time when we are seeing celebrity sharing their story of motherhood and educating and empowering women and girls in subtle yet powerful way is really amazing ....❤️praying for your safe delivery Ma'am .

Hi Richa Ma’am. You can add water bottle or cup, slipper and towel for yourself in the list. I had my delivery just 5 months ago, my gynecologist was Nira Shrestha Maam too.She and her team are the best.These things were on the list provided by my hospital and it was needed later too. Wish you a safe delivery 🥰🥰

What a wonderful family!! You are blessed. A very good preparation and well thought for everybody. My only concern is please don’t use the packed clothes and blankets that you have got from your sponsors to your baby directly(i saw them in your suitcase as is) please wash or sundry before use. I am happy that lots of things are available in Nepal nowadays.
My experience- after birth, breast pad and maternity underwear and maternity pads literally saved me. All the best dear!

One more things i would like to share is lots of moms are told the initial milk which is yello thin liquid which is called colostrum is very important to child health. In Western countries its also called liquid coz soo much nutrition and adds value to baby health. But in some cultures in nepal, they discard this colostrum thinking its not milk as its yellowish in color.. plz plz 🙏🙏mom plz feed those yellow liquid which is produced initially after birth, very important to baby.

If you are into breastfeeding then don’t give the pacifier until the baby turns 6 weeks because the sucking mechanism of pacifier is different from sucking nipples which confuses the baby as a result the baby will be unable to get the right breast latch. Wish you a safe delivery

I missed my hospital bag packing time. This is the most exciting phase of pregnancy i guess. Rechha maam i think u forgot baby napiees, daipers vaye pani napies are important too. Its better to carry your most comfort pillow if you are lil chosy in these things. I dnt know if hajur haru ko amrit chatauni practise cha ki chaina we packed silver bowl/spoon and honey for the same. Also carry a comfortable slipper or makhmal ko jutta too. Better you move to hospital with it natra return aauda dherai jutta hunxa. Also carry a pair of socks too for new mamma. Baby lai ryale pabi vayo vani better. Pacifier aile try nagarda ramro. Firstly new babies lai tired banauxa secondly sucking pacifier and breast milk are very different practise. Hope these will help you ❤❤ tons of love and wish you and baby good health.

-Baby - lae black and white book haru dekhaunu hai. - very useful.
- Heat pack for lower back.
- hydrogel disc (cooling pad) for sore nipple.
- Baby lae first colostrum aaucha tyo chahi golden milk bhancha. (Before delivery nikalera rakhnu parcha)
- Before baby - sapai luga haru wash ni garnu parcha-
-Diaper change garda - Before changing another nappy underneath rakhnu hai sajilo huncha.

Few tips: Pour some water on sanitary pads and freeze them. Very soothing during first few weeks postpartum. Feed on demand. Lots of skin to skin contact is beneficial for breastfeeding. Slings/carriers or just arms could be easier than carrying an infant in a capsule. See what works for you.

U will fine as you have such a supportive mom in law on top of ur loving husband.I prepared hospital bag 3 weeks before during my second pregnant.I washed all necessary clothes n packed.The day I had my baby,on that morning I prepared hot whole wheat soup,hot milk with Horlicks which I I drank during few hrs of strong labor.N after 9 hrs,I had normal delivery of my son who has 4 kg.
But my first delivery was very difficult which I had labor for 21 hrs including light n strong contraction.but luckily I had normal delivery.So u will have normal delivery as u look healthier than me if u want to have normal delivery.

Hi Reecha sis, I wish you promote Modern clothes Diaper in future as it’s good for the environment and also for the baby as disposable is such a waste for the environment as we will be using it for a long time and they are made with plastic and other nasty hidden compounds. I live in western world and I did used disposable for 5months as both baby was born in winter and I can’t afford helper but after 5months I used modern clothes diapers they are so safe and environmentally friendly I did wash them in washing machine but dried in sun. Also every diaper I used bamboo liner so if baby does poo I don’t have to deal with it and it can go straight in bin and it’s disposable. I know it’s quite long comment but celebrities like you are good influencers and we can all play a good role to save our environment for our future generations 🙏🏻.

Also I don’t know if there is any options to buy wooden toys for babies in Nepal. They are good for sensory compared to plastic toys. Also I use wipes only when I am outside but at home I use warm water in small dedicated washing bowl and paper towel (not toilet roll).👌 I have never spoken about these personal stuff to any of my friends or people in my circle in here because everyone is busy & no one cares about environment 😭😬but just sharing with you as you are a good influencer and many can follow or at least try to be environmentally friendly as much as possible.

Lil advice from who had 2 natural birth, you could possibly have lot of swelling down under after constant pressure during birth, so you can used some ice pack down under , but dont let it be wet.. change every 1-2 hrs. Its soothing for swelling
