How Champagne is made: harvesting the grapes and pressing them

Grape can grow 5 meters long. I have steel (or wood) construction over grapes for grap to grow and spead. You hold grape one meter long and cut grape vine every year.

Do not cut grape tree and it grows 5 meters long usually on tree construction
