I think a very valuable lesson given in this video was about the rug size which we all are mostly confused about whether it should cover the seating or should it be just about the size to cover the empty space in the middle. I now know about the rug size to get for the perfect look and feel next time. Thanks Zahira. :)

What is in this video doesn't require a course...or you do have it or not...
One of the mistakes I fall into is knowing when to leave a wall blank or if it needs to be filled with a picture/photo/or object. If the wall is empty, I tend to think it needs filling, but I know that's not always the case. Sometimes less is more.

I’ve made all the window mistakes on this video but now I know and I got to this video just in time to also help me pick a rug
I had to pause the video to go and move my artwork lower on the wall in my living room and then come back to watch the rest. 🤣 It looks sooo much better! Wow! I totally agree with the comment that you should have an online course! You videos are always so informative and easy to follow. Thank you for making this one. I have a small studio apartment and every tip helps. ❤️

U r the first one who told about solutions and show pictures for better understanding of it. Otherwise mostly people only talk about problems in their channels.
Mistakes to avoid:
1. Hanging art too high or low 1:04
2. Curtains 2:30
3. Rug Size 4:26
4. Exposed Cables 5:35
5. Having only one light source 6:24
6. Not measuring the space 8:02
7. Design without your convention & needs 8:47

I bought a small unit in California and I’ve been watching your channel so I know how to design it properly.
Carpets is what got me. I brought a rectangle carpet for my living room and it looked awful. I loved the design but it just made everything square and non-eye catching. I then brought a round carpet and it changed the whole atmosphere of the room, now it's perfect.

I made the mistakes of asking one of the painters to install the curtain rods for me, and he did it as he has his at home. I thought they were Ok, but after seeing your videos, I realized that they are wrongly placed. You see! I am learning a lot.
