What version of Flipper software are you running???

Can you identify transistors with it?

Probably it is with a bit of a hassle (mb as an idea - software to turn flipper zero into an extended digital component testing tool), but I think for now it's easier to identify transistors with multimeter.

could you use it to control the servo wirelessly?

Not in a similar way (out of the box and without extra components/boards and without writing software). It is though possible, but you'd need to attach your servo to a controlling board with some wireless interface that can be controlled using Flipper (IR would be the easiest one, probably). But essentially this board would be the one responsible for sending PWM signal to the servo and parsing the commands from Flipper.

I still can't understand the way it works, can you send any link or explain to me, please?

Thanks for the input! Here's the basic description of Flipper GPIO: docs.flipperzero.one/gpio-and-modules . Some insights on the used servo: docs.arduino.cc/learn/electronics/servo-motors
I'll add those links to the description.
