According to the story, Bobby was a rotten bastard who knowingly pursued another man's wife. Lyle, in my mind, had all good reason to out him. Lyle's wife made herself into a slut for having pursued the affair. I found this a good story that, despite concluding negatively for all the characters involved, was the fairest outcome 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
This is a good story, and it depicts aspects of countless marriage failures. Once a girlfriend told me that divorces happened because couples married for the wrong reasons.
What she did was no mistake.
Blaming bad behavior on inebriation is a cop out. Drunkenness removes inhibitions and people do what they really want to do and act how and say what they really feel without any of the normal filters.
Absolutely correct. I have always said if you want the truth, create a situation where the walls are completely gone. We all put up walls for many different things. It's part of being civilized. But those walls can be town down and inebriation is the most common way. The other way is blind rage. When the other guy said he was going to find the husband eventually and kill him slowly, that blind rage he had because of the pain at the tike would tell you that at time, he meant it 100%. And in her drunken state, she let everyone know that she was screwing the dude. Her dad saw this, and so did her brother. It will be interesting to see if this conversation actually finds it'd way to the father and brother. And it so, if there are any changes to future financial promises from their company.
women's mistakes are the most dangerous. if you realize that your wife is unable to shake off her past, it is useless to talk and continue a relationship which is only a hypocritical facade, you must leave her immediately without explanations, especially if you are in love with her, because talking about it would make you fall into error again.

@@davieslungu4577 Don't get discouraged, it's like that for everyone. being weak because you love is not a flaw, in fact if only certain women knew it they would run after you, many understand the value of a love that goes beyond materiality and sex but continuously travels from the heart to the brain and vice versa. it is the 'true love that everyone wants. those who truly love do not allow themselves to be distracted because the mere thought of hurting or staying away from the one they love makes them give up immediately.

Action speak louder than words. And what you dont answer when asked a direct question, speaks volumes. Her father and her brother warned her that she was expect her husband to act like a local. And when he didn't, she consciously or unconsciously put her ex above her husband and marriage.
Lyle (the husband) may stay with her to be with his sons, but she will never feel the love or touch of her husband again. He will stay until the boys are out of the house. He will not abandon his love and responsibility to them.

Well she would have never told him she cheated on him she would have never told him that she reallydidnt lusted for him she loved him for what he was and could do a nice guy but that wasn't enough plus he could not rock her in bed like her ex did.
She could not shake those pleasures in her mind going to get a fix from time to time from Bobby.
Her mind was on the rough side from time to time and her husband was not that type of guy he could be but didn't want to be.

It's just an all around sad story. Two people who never should have been together in the first place.
This was really good.
I do have to say this was a well written story. The twist of him having some southy in him was a nice touch. Dont ever think you know everything about your enemy. Looking at the comments, you see a lot of emotion coming out from the listeners. Thats how you know you did your job. The responses and requests for more shows you hit a nerve in the story. The only problem was with the AI. But most AI's suck at best. I think if i heard michelob mispronounced one more time, i was going to choke on something. When writing stories for AI transcribing, you really need to listen to the story before putting it out there. In almost all cases, you csn fix mispronounciations through changing the spelling of the word to its phonic written way.
But thats the only issue i had. Damn good story though.

I've listen to this story before. It just breaks my heart. A man's ego can't be bigger than his love. If it is then he not in love.
Her not wanting to communicate with her husband lead to the his issue and divorce. How can two people say that hey love each other not want to communicate with each other.
Now he loses everything because of his ego. His wife and kids. Bobby wins. He will become the boys dad and his ex wife lover. Was his own ego worth it. What fool he is.

A great story. It shows the nature of human being and how complex life is. Divorcing her was the right thing to do. Their intimate life would be strange and he could never more trust her. They are both decent people and will be good parents for their children. Would have been interesting listen to the aftermath. Did she continue fucking her lover? Did they marry?
