I'm so glad I finally weathered the spiritual awakening storm. It was a tumultuous 7 years of my life, but it was so worth it!
I used to experience a roller-coaster of emotions, and now the bumps are over and there's a steady calmness and reassurance from within
I am so grateful that I can genuinely say I am finally in the peacefully place of whatever is in the present moment, and not needing anything else to be stimulated and be happy.

sometimes I wish I didnt start the awakening journey, it seems like my life might would have been happier if I stayed ignorant. It is getting to much , the agonizing, no results, no answers, the omnipresent fear, intrusive thoughts... I dont know, will it ever stop..

The Ego is a persistent s.o.b. All I will say is, let go and let God. You must allow and not resist. Resistance is usually the reason for pain for most. I know it was for me... there are steps to the process of awakening, so hang in there, things will all work out for you. I know it feels like it will never end, I have been there and I know it hasn't finished for me but I learned to treat this life as a marathon not a sprint.
Thank you for the replies. I have a fear I will fall apart, lose everything, become a loser and not accomplish my dreams if I let go. How can I achieve something if I dont care about my future? Please if you know the answer help me.

Another aspect of the ego, at least for me, was the need to be constantly entertained. Huge distraction from being in our now moments. I have had those periods of feeling so much Joy for no reason at all. And in the core feeling of this was a tremendous sense of peace....of stillness, breathing it all in. Spiritual awakening is a process that is so different for each one of us but it’s so beautiful to see this other side of the road later on. I think most of us started with the law of attraction movement as like unlocked a whole new world. Was a spark and now it’s fire 🔥

You are able to experience the present moment without dwelling in the future and past (which is the perception of Mind)
