If you're asking about the 3D program they use, that would be Z Brush. There's a documentary on Funko on Netflix which shows a glimpse of the process from concept artist to factory production in Vietnam.
Zbrush for design. The manufacturer probably uses something like Geomagic Freeform, then pour a plaster mould to make a negative mould of that in an alloy to achieve undercuts for injection moulding in PVC. Or use of a 5 axis CNC machine for the metal moulds.
Hmmmm. So you put vanilla ice cream in a mold and put that in a machine, and boxes of Funko Pops come out. Very interesting and informative.
