@@maribethsaporas2557 the mother knew her daughter was missing. Yet the mother was still in the hotel with her grand children’s and son in law (without her own daughter). She also allowed them to go back to the US without her daughter? Wtf what kinda of mother does that?
Philippines should make sure that the traveling minors with 1 parent have the consent to travel from the other parent whose not traveling with them: Even though those kids might be holding a foreign passport. In this case, the two kids could have been stopped at the airport prior to their departure:
It’s possible na nasa sasakyan pa sa backseat si Rose Marie hanggang sa Dusit Thani kaya 10 mins lang umalis na siya agad after dropping the kids off to his mother. Dapat trace nila saan siya pumunta after nung pagalis niya sa hotel. Because that’s when he most probably went to dispose of her body. Yung 14 mins na sinasabi baka naghahanap siya ng lugar kung saan niya itatapon yung bangkay Pero dahil umaga at makikita ng mga anak niya, he had a change of mind and just made a u turn to go to the hotel even with her covered body at the backseat. Common sense dba, if dun sa road along the said 14 mins na sinasabi nila dinespose yung body for sure may makakita kasi Ndi liblib yung daan, at makita yung bangkay agad. Common sense dba?
Imagine how horror it would be for their child when she grow up and remember her mother on the backseat covered and not moving then see this on social media. It would really a nightmare for the rest of her life
Hebrews 10:30-31 For we know Him who said, “Vengeance is mine; I will repay.” And again, “The Lord will judge his people.” It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.
What a horrible person. He put his dead wife on the back seat while the their children were in the same car and probably they saw him carried her lifeless body just being thrown like a useless thing. Vicious man!
👉👉👉It is possible that on that day he went out with his children is also the day he threw his wife in the bushes, he doesn’t have time to bury her, in the presence of his children. That is why on that night in the hotel, he went out alone and took him so long to return back in the hotel, possibly it was that night that he has the chance to dig a hole and bury his wife. BTY, when you count the missing cctv time 14 mins., don’t forget to include the minutes when he threw the body maybe took him around 4 minutes. They can also interview the children, alone, on what exactly happened. I’m pretty sure “his” mother was also his accomplish, the mother knows everything and helped his son escape.🧐
❤️❤️❤️ congratulations po Mr. John Consulta, keep up the good work ❤️
So sorry for what happened. Hope justice will be served immediately and the husband rots in jail. Praying for the children's custody will be in favor of the victim's family. Rest in Peace Rosemary. 😔🙏
Justice for Rosemary. Just wondering as the docu failed to at least explore or explain these questions: - Despite the 'confession' of the probable suspect to his brother who then contacted FBI about it, why is FBI not proceeding with further investigation by getting the testimonies of the brother, the kids (esp if the older could talk), and the mother of probable suspect? If it is a case of jurisdiction, why is it then that FBI went to the lengths of going to the PHL to investigate on their own. I just felt that getting their testimonies will further this case.
no strong case can be filed unless the dead body is found I think it was covered somewhere there. must be the reason too why the car and the house could be issued warrants
Rest in Peace po.
*The maid is involved for sure. First of all, why leave the house at 3AM? Then it's not a coincidence na taga Batangas yong maid tapos sa Batangas din naisipan ng asawa na itapon ang bangkay, like how is he familiar with the place? Did they lived there before? Unless may nag direct sa kanya saan i ddrop yung wife. That also explains why no body can be found. May nag pickup at dispose jan. My theory is the husband and the maid had an affair, the wife found out and a fight happened resulting to the husband killing the wife. The maid then volunteered to go home to Batangas ahead probably to prepare the place to burry her*
Agree with this. And npaka questionable din bakit bgla syang nag day off ng 2 days pa nga. And the way she talk halatadong nkaplan na mga sasabihin nya.
If the housemaid is from Tanaun, Batangas, she must know more about the case than she project her involvement to be. She must have been paid/bribed to leave such an early hour at dawn after witnessing the husband murdered his wife in order to meet the killer husband to the area where the killer supposed to dispose Rosemary’s body while the conniving maid was looking after the kids to prevent them from witnessing the disposal of their mom’s corpse. The killer’s brother’s confession is valuable to speed up the case, but so are the killer’s mother and the housemaid’s contribution/involvement to it. Red flags: 1) why hasten to leave the country with kids in tow when you have an unsolved case of missing beloved wife and mother? 2) why did the housemaid have to leave at a very inconvenient time? Why not in the morning at daylight when it is safer? 3) why did the killer husband have to solicit his mother’s assistance by meeting with her in the hotel? 4) why the killer’s mother didn’t seem to be bothered by her daughter-in-law’s disappearance and just left the country with the kids minus the most important person in their life-their mother?
@chowchow Accept faked death have happened, just because you don't see her doesn't mean she is dead, gone girl is a famous movie based on a fake death scenario (personally i think he killed her but i don't like when people make statements because they THINK they seen all the evidence when they don't know for a fact).
No one take a day off at 3 am very suspicious, i think the maid gave an idea to the suspect where to dump the body, maybe there’s something between the husband and the maid.
Ang ganda ng ducomentary na to.... sana may part 2...sana Makita na si Mam Rosemary..at maka suhan kung may ginawa man syang di maganda,,, dapat syang managot.

I know Rosemary. Not sure if it was a legit account but I received a message through Messenger from a lady claiming to be the sister of Rose's husband. She has the custody of the 2 children and according to her, his brother has a restraining order. During the making of this documentary, I was told that Rose's husband was in Indonesia. She comfortably shared a very sensitive information to me but I would not share it since it's extremely debatable and cannot be proven due to lack of proof and investigation is still going on.
Medyo kulang yung information. 🥺 Limited ba yung oras ng documentary? 1. Kelan po ba nangyari ang investigation? Anong ginawa ng family nung nalamang nawawala? Kelan lang ba lumabas ang CCTVs? Kelan nag confess? Kelan nag reach out ang FBI? Bakit siya nag day off for two days? Pag uwi niya, hindi ba siya nagtaka? 3. Pero good job, Sir!!! 🙏🙏🙏
I'm sure he knows also about the CCTV.
Sana mapanood to mga bata paglaki nila. Sila na ang lalayo sa ama nila.
May the family of Rosemarie find the justice they deserve for their beloved. Here in the US, ang karamihan ng mga Asian wives are very prone to end badly. Usually theit husbands are very bad in dealing with emotional and psychological stress, they usually sort to unthinkable actions. There are programs to watch, Unsolved Mysteries in the past, the new one is Investigative Discovery. There's like a pattern of how the crimes are committed. Rest in peace Rosemarie !

Napakasakit sa puso para sa mga bata..

The mother surely knows what happened , she is an accomplice . Praying for justice ,
by the looks of it, the husbands mom was also part of the plan to murder the wife
Why did u say that
Patay na ata yung mother last year, nagcomment kasi yung sister ng husband sa post ng GMA bago ito ipalabas.
@@mariamontilla2089 where?
@@maribethsaporas2557 the mother knew her daughter was missing. Yet the mother was still in the hotel with her grand children’s and son in law (without her own daughter). She also allowed them to go back to the US without her daughter? Wtf what kinda of mother does that?
Sometimes, too much of an ambition will break yourself apart.
Philippines should make sure that the traveling minors with 1 parent have the consent to travel from the other parent whose not traveling with them: Even though those kids might be holding a foreign passport. In this case, the two kids could have been stopped at the airport prior to their departure:
As long their traveling either one of the parent is fine couz what about the illegitimate child
and what if it's a single parent?
Yes that what I was wondering also , why the kids were allowed to travel without the mother 🤔
How's this case na kaya ? 🥺
Kind of docu that i want, thank you i witness and also justice for rosemary! 🙏

1st time to watch this segment. Gus2 ko ang presentation nila. Sana maglabas pa kayo ng mga gan2ng episodes.
Oo nga po eh
Parang forensic files doc sa America
POSSIBLE po yan. . sana mabasa nila to
Sure ako yung time na sinasabi mo noon nia dinispose kase gabi yon at ang tagal niya nawala, so mas madami syang time.
WE NEED PART TWO!
Sana my part 2 ser...whatching from Dubai..thanks godbless 🙏🏻
Imagine how horror it would be for their child when she grow up and remember her mother on the backseat covered and not moving then see this on social media. It would really a nightmare for the rest of her life
True I really felt bad for the kids😭
hope the father does not brainwash the kids
:(
tapos sabayan pa ng rape joke
And imagine that their father is the murderer 😭
Congratulations kuya john consulta❤️
Hope there will be part 2 of this
Hebrews 10:30-31
For we know Him who said, “Vengeance is mine; I will repay.” And again, “The Lord will judge his people.” It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.
What a horrible person. He put his dead wife on the back seat while the their children were in the same car and probably they saw him carried her lifeless body just being thrown like a useless thing. Vicious man!
The type of men most filipina women are falling for, due to desperation.
Waiting for part 2.
I’m pretty sure “his” mother was also his accomplish, the mother knows everything and helped his son escape.🧐
maybe on that 14 minutes, he threw or hid the body on the side of the road and return later that night to bury it in a different location.
Agree on this. I got goosebumps just by thinking that his wife is at the backseat, lifeless while the children are also in the same car.
Its daytime, and a rural area.
Agree.. maybe he put her in a suitcase..
More of this please bhira ganto docu sa pinas
❤️❤️❤️ congratulations po Mr. John Consulta, keep up the good work ❤️

@@walteng4437 o,
Justice for Rosemary.
Just wondering as the docu failed to at least explore or explain these questions:
- Despite the 'confession' of the probable suspect to his brother who then contacted FBI about it, why is FBI not proceeding with further investigation by getting the testimonies of the brother, the kids (esp if the older could talk), and the mother of probable suspect? If it is a case of jurisdiction, why is it then that FBI went to the lengths of going to the PHL to investigate on their own. I just felt that getting their testimonies will further this case.
Yes the FBI did send a team here to collaborate with the NBI,but since the crime happened here, its still the NBI that is the lead agency
no strong case can be filed unless the dead body is found I think it was covered somewhere there. must be the reason too why the car and the house could be issued warrants
waiting for the next , part2 nito po .
Wishing this case solve for the soul of the victim.
Wow sana po my update🙏🏻more power🙏🏻

Im sorry to hear that, praying shes fine.. Was she with a foreigner too?

The husband should be primarily investigated. Hope the family gets justice and find closure to this case.
This is a heartbreaking story. Sana makamit nya ang hustisya. 🥲
Is there any update ?
RIP Rosemary 🌺✝️💟🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Rest in Peace po.
May point ka.. Matagal din sya nawala.. 🤧
The maid then volunteered to go home to Batangas ahead probably to prepare the place to burry her*
Galing nito tama tama
Red flags:
1) why hasten to leave the country with kids in tow when you have an unsolved case of missing beloved wife and mother?
2) why did the housemaid have to leave at a very inconvenient time? Why not in the morning at daylight when it is safer?
3) why did the killer husband have to solicit his mother’s assistance by meeting with her in the hotel?
4) why the killer’s mother didn’t seem to be bothered by her daughter-in-law’s disappearance and just left the country with the kids minus the most important person in their life-their mother?
Malamang anlaki ng binayad sa kanya to keep her mouth shut. Its as if scripted at pinractice niya lahat ng sinabi niya sa interview. Very monotone.
what if hindi pa patay c martell? baka magkasama pa din cla sa u.s pinapalabas lang na patay na...may iniiwasang atraso cguro...
