Christmas morning - we were poor growing up but every Christmas I had real hope that I would wake up and find a bridle under the tree!!

Fun fact I have never bought a saddle pad, my parents never bought one! I won my main 2 and my aunt gave me one when I bought me horse so ya I’m lucky the pads I won, one was a back on track therapeutic one that ran $60 but I got it for free, the other I won is a gel barrel pad, that runs $100!!! But it’s a little too big for my little 14.3 barrel horse lol, but would fit my jumper(I soon to get!!) Wow I’m lucky!!! The other only runs $20

These prices hurt my heart, I wish I could get a horse that flipping nice for 4.5k! *cries* LOL If she was in the states they'd be selling her for 20k! Ah to be in the UK.
Q Tee you can always import but that still leaves you at 14.5k 😳
The prices are in pounds not dollars so..
@@rhythmandblues_alibi its 1k less in pounds than dollars. Not a huge difference. Still stands. She'd be listed for triple here.
@@Lugimoo I'm totally with you on this. I was almost about to cry seeing the prices. The quality for that amount of money. Rarely, if ever, happens here in the States.

Our local sale is never this busy and last time only about 12 horses went through. Wish ours were a bit more vibrant like this one
Jaffa is so handsome I love his coloring I cant make up my mind if he’s chestnut or palomino. No matter he is so handsome.

@@ameliacarr7111 it’s no different in showing either, always run on the outside in showing to show the judge the horse but idk why they do it at the auctions

I am wondering what is wrong with the pony that was Sally's mate. Second auction she/he isn't sold. She looks nice enough. Love from probably one of your older followers from Holland.
The owners probably put a reserve on her. So if the bids dont go over the reserve price, she won't be sold.
I think there was a reserve on her for $2000. I would've paid it, she was stunning
They had a reserve on it that wasn’t met. They’ll keep trying until they get the price they want. It doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong with the pony.

My first pony was a 14.1, very calm, very smart and very sturdy morgan welsh cross. He was my first equine love. Almost 50 years on, he still has a huge hold on my heart. Ponies will do that to you. I'm glad your pony got such a good home!
@ Lisa McNeil, my heart horse was a 14.2H Arab/ Welsh/ Morgan cross. Black, beautiful head, and gaits like silk....I " outgrew her" by height (5'11") but not weight...I didn't care that my legs hung down:)
