My mishap… years ago I made a dragon cake complete with (really bad) spun sugar wings for my bestie’s oldest son. We had to travel a whopping 2 miles to the park where the party was being held. By the time we got there the entire head was off the dragon and only the (ironically enough) bamboo skewers were left sticking out of its neck. 🥴 My friend’s son was a champ though… he said he must’ve slayed the dragon when he opened the box and then proceeded to cheer! I was mortified, but he LOVED his cake! He’s grown into a fantastic young man. Thank you for sharing your amazing talents with us!
