Heavy continuous rainfall has led to severe flooding across parts of Switzerland, Italy and Germany, causing significant disruptions and prompting emergency measures. The deluge has particularly affected southern Germany, where river levels have risen overnight, forcing numerous communities to issue warnings and take preventative actions.
The channel lists such natural disasters as:
1) Geological emergencies: Earthquake, Volcanic eruption, Mud, Landslide, Avalanche;
2) Hydrological emergencies: Flood, Tsunami, Limnological disaster,
3) Fires: Forest fire, Peat fire;
4) Meteorological emergencies: Tornado, Cyclone, Blizzard, Hail, Drought, Tornado, Hail, Hurricane, Tsunami, Storm, Thunderstorm, Tempest.
Najpierw gromadzą wodę w zbiornikach a pożniej ratuj się kto może.Woda płynie z góry na dół,więc sądzę że mają zbiorniki wyżej i jak spuchnie to otwierają tamy albo sama pod naporem pęka.To widać bo nurt jest szybki i gwałtowny.

I posted this on a few sites yesterday.
Is there an Europian Union Rivers authority? Other Countries may need to be asked to release their Danube waters systematically to reduce levels. Maybe Romania first as the Mouth of the Danube is there on the Black sea. Sebia, Hungary then Austria. Tell them the importance is their is large flood amounts upstream which will be flowing through their countries as it can not be stopped. Keep emptying till the water level returns to normal. Often rivers have weirs and installations which maintain back water at levels higher than natural. So those need to be opened. Water has to have some where to go and the water next door has to be lower for the water to flow out of the accumulated areas to flow into or else it flows on top. Flood water may be comeing if they want it or not. So they can help themselves by emptying some water out.

Most of this is rather local rainfall though: heavy rainfall in the local areas with (usually) friendly streams and trickling waterways leading to flooding of these waterways, especially downstream. There's not much to be done unfortunately, just like a few years ago with the Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler floods, most of it was caused by very local, very heavy showers, which just poured down the hillsides in local areas, where normally friendly streams/rivers and whatnots just could not handle the amount of water and spilled, just like the floods in the Dutch province of Limburg in the same time-frame of the Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler floods were mostly caused by local rainfall in Germany, which flowed downstream to the Netherlands, where the Geul and (I think) Nieuwe Maas met, problems started. Nothing could be done against is, as water already flows downstream and there are no retention measures around those points or in those rivers. The Netherlands does have a lot of spill-grounds installed since 1995 or so, areas of land that are purposedly built to flood should a river not be able to handle all the water coming through.
I'm afraid you miss out on how far these countries are apart and how little their water-retention measures affect eachother. It's just not their height difference that does it.

Europe has climate change every year and has had for 10 centuries. Of course some climate change (Winter to spring to Summer) plays a significant part. The Donau is the main outlet in Deautschland for all the winter snow melt from the Northern side of the Alps. LOL. The Donau has always been a big river. Likely since the last Ice age. It's just the fact there was a lot of rain coenciding with normal winter melt.

Now it's at some Points around 250 Meter wide and around 4 Meters deep. 71 cubic Meters waterflow per second. I'm 38 years old and i've never Seen this before. Also the Donau is a devastating Force and threat at the other Side. Now they flood the fields controlled around Dillingen to lower the pressure.

Es sind mehrere Hochwasser Dämme gebrochen, dadurch wurden viele Gebiete mehr überflutet, davon gibt es aber keine Bilder, die Menschen sollen sich in Sicherheit bringen. Das geht vor. Recherchiere nach 'Lärmschutzwand gebrochen', wenn du was spektakuläres sehen willst, offenbar brauchst du das für dein Adrenalin.
Es gibt auf dem Film keinen gebrochenen Damm. Es waren zwei kleinere Dammbrüche in Bayern, die aber niemand filmen konnte, da nachts geschehen. - Das gezeigte Wehr liegt am Neckar in Esslingen, ich habe da gearbeitet, und lässt viel Wasser ab, aber da ist nichts gebrochen .- Klickbaitung.
