Whoever Allah wills to guide, He opens their heart to Islam.1 But whoever He wills to leave astray, He makes their chest tight and constricted as if they were climbing up into the sky. This is how Allah dooms those who disbelieve.

Don't worry about hijab. Just take your time. Most important, focus on 5 pillars especially pray 5 times. Second is the food. Eat halal and stop alcohol. Eating halal food will make you stronger physically and mentally. This will give you strength to follow and do other commands in Islam. Insyallah. Bottom line is remember Allah always and ask for His guidance and help. .
