It's a 2 way street. The lady is calm, open minded and wants to learn that makes the conversation pleasant.
Most dawah performers are calm and collected. Things usually become chaotic when there are haters who come to interrupt the dawah with baseless accusations about Islam. It is a two-way street.

Listening to brother Yousaf reminded me of a Hadith of Rasoolullah s.a.w . Where he s.a.w said " People are like Gold & Silver , those of you who were good in Jahiliyyah ( in the time of disbelief ) will be best after accepting Islam . ( Ao kama Qaala s.a.w ) .
