    Hi Quita! Hope you are feeling better. When I broke my back the best therapy was walking and physical therapy(not fun) but it works. I had 3 fractured discs(2011) I am pain free today. Because I walk and do my stretches. I am on my feet all day I'm a nurse. So I know back pain. Take care girl.

    Ooh no! I have had sciatica too, not fun. I was on pain meds as well, and physical therapy which HELPED ALOT!! I t can come and go. I had it for the first time like 10 years ago, and aga year ago. But knowing whst they do in PT, helps to keep it from happening again. Hope you get better soon!

    I’ve dealt with sciatica through all my pregnancies and it’s painful as heck. Being pregnant you can’t control where the baby lays, whatever they have going on inside .. makes it painful on the outside. I learned a lot of stretches do help. Google some stretches for sciatica and you tube videos. It helped a lot. Warm baths, heating pads. The stretches helped me the most.

      Omg! I am sorry to hear that. I hope it’s temporary but I heard once you have it it’s ongoing
