7:31, I work at lowes and I kid you not ive bought like 5 rails from the cabinet section. like $9 a piece and they are solid. kitchen section may have packs of them as well.
edit: just unpaused, you can get a plank of wood, maybe 2" thick and place it under whatever park u have, (should be heavy enough to where it doesn't move) and screw it into there
