  • Izzy begins by making you focus and control your breathing. Only after that do you begin with very small movements. Gradually increase until your whole body is in motion. Izzy again incorporates new movements today. Then retreating, first to work on your hands, and then again your breathing then meditation. Namaste.
    Remember to be safe during your exercise. Modify the exercises to your own abilities. And be sure to stay hydrated.
