Brilliant seeing you back on your feet and virtually plague free ….
🏡 we are just coming to the end of the house buying process ( thankfully)
Just waiting on final bits I’s to dot and t’s to cross. I think the hardest part for us has been waiting on others to complete their side of things ( buying our rented house from local government) but, there is light at the end of the tunnel now.
Fingers crossed that everything runs smoothly for you guys .

So glad you are better. I got it too for the first time a couple of weeks ago. My partner and I are the same as you guys…I’ve bought before but my partner hasn’t and now we are in rented and trying to buy. Did you manage to get a first time buyer mortgage? I was told we couldn’t as I’d had a mortgage previously. Sorry if that’s a personal - feel free not to answer that! So glad to see you back - I’ve missed your videos! 💜🏡
That’s ok I happy to answer those sorts of questions. I think it’s important to talk about money. Yeah we didn’t get a first time buyer mortgage because of me owning before. It didn’t make a massive impact on that to be honest but it does mean we have to pay a LOT more stamp duty which was something I had forgotten about 🙈
