The pyramid seems pretty chill. Comes out of nowhere, clears the biggest threat to your life, and just dips.

Huh, first time i seen the tentacle balls be hostile. If you walk up to them they just grab you, look at you for a bit then drop you and leave. Maybe hiding makes them think you are what they are looking for.
Yeah, I think so too, because after they look at you, you can chase after them and they just ignore you.
I've heard that if you attempt to look away while they are "scanning" you, that is something that makes them hostile but I am unsure.
I'd assume they are automatically hostile if the player is considered to be "resisting", whether by being spotted in an unreachable spot, or by attempting to flee when knocked down.
I thinked they come for gravity gun. Surpires he didnt showed any attempts in grabbing them
If they notice you, there is a short time where they are attempting to reach you.
If that time runs out, and they fail to interact with you, they will turn hostile towards you.
What are they called? And is there something about them on the wiki?

actually.. first the shiny orbs appear. those that rip your limbs off. a big pyramid comes to clean it up. guessing they accidently lost. afterwards the scouts come to see if they were missing any or if there was any witnesses and if you win the staring contest. they let you go for some reason

11:30 This is actually Ariral creations, made to protecr them from yellow killing orbs. They are very aggressive this night because gravgun, and also leg you found belongs to one of arirals, who was killed that night... Wich is sad... I like this space cats even if sometimes they are mess.
Judging by how they look they are most likely belong to rozitals (different alien species from arirals), just as spaceship engine and pyramid do.

Not true, Arirals and Rozitals are completely different species, with Rozitals being far more advanced. The Rozitals sent that as a warning to the Arirals to watch out for the Wisps.
I love the editing and overall feel of these clips compiled in a found footage like style. Also very cinematic shots for the wisps getting absorbed, great job on the video ^-^

17:33 that is something called an orphan source sometimes they are the core of long lost rtg's scrappers will sometimes break the lost rtg's apart and end up spreading highly radioactive material everywhere if you do end up finding one you can know for sure by a circle of dead grass around the object or however unlikely a animal carcass nearby as it produces heat and sometimes animals may use the object for warmth and end up ending themselves with it. i would recommend using a hazmat suit when dealing with it and to move the canister far away from you ... put it in the basement

Hey, great video! Question - what's that bar with a red dot that appears when you ride an ATV?
Edit: also, what is that "new signal added in glossary" and "signal glossary entry complete"? I've never seen this message before.
The red dot is a beacon that I placed at the green box. It's essentially a radar for the ATV.
The signal glossary notifications can be enabled in the settings, they tell you whenever you get a new signal that you haven't gotten before. The glossary can be accessed from the stats page in the pause menu.

Thinking about it... the pyramid seems to be in similar aesthetic to the golden spike that fell down from the sky before the glowing suns arrived. It could be that it was trying to warn you how to avoid them before it could arrive to put an end to this threat. Perhaps these pyramids are benevolent?
How do you get to this? Should I just play as usual or do I need to trigger some events to reach the "end"?
The game doesn't have an ending, it's just that the events stop. And these events trigger randomly after some 20+ in-game days , so just play normally and eventually you'll trigger them.

You need to make sure the hook lands on the top of the vent, otherwise you don't get enough height to climb over it.
