Locked doors (except the one that requires a key card) can be opened without a password. Just hit the door with a pipe, pickaxe, pry bar, etc. I found out this by accident

i do have a save with ALL the kerfurs if needed. edit: my comments are getting deleted but you just can look at the files and objects in the game and summon stuff using console thats how i obtained it and other funny stuff
