@@saganandroid4175 It was, but when I changed my mainboard back in 2018(madei the jump to Ryzen back then) it didn't detect my mouse and keyboard anymore which got me stuck in the login screen. When trying to do a clean install, I only got to the point you first have to select something.I think it needed a new driver for the USB ports, but how to install that, with neither input device working? So I bit the bullet and installed Win10. It was the horror! For the next year I would have bsod after every update and wait 3 weeks until it was patched, then it worked for a week until the next update broke it again. My gaming PC was unusable 75% of the time(still ran Win 7 on my secondary internet PC at the time) until I found a way to turn off the updates in early 2019. After that it finally ran stable. I feel with each version you have to put in more work to get the basic OS without the bloat working...

IIRC, the Windows 10 IOT LTSC doesn't have automatic feature updates, which means: no need to worry about all the spywares Microsoft wants to push on our computers. Recall free Windows until 2032.

UPDATE: How to stay on Windows 10 FOREVER - 1. Don't listen to anything Microsoft says. 2. Keep the Windows 10 computer. 3. When no browsers work on it anymore because THERE ARE NO SUCH THING AS HTML STANDARDS, stop trying to get on the internet with it and use a Linux computer for that. THIS is how I use XP, Win7, Win 10, and Server 2003. I am NOT enslaved by any greedy technology manufacturer, never will be.
I connect to work, so have to use a system still receiving security updates. Elsewhere, I do still have XP running on a machine that (conveniently) can't connect to the web as the built-in NIC has failed. That said, I still have a 386 system running WIndows 3.0, when it's PSU is in the mood to start, and I still occasionally fire up my Amstrad CPC 464!
There are reasons for using older operating systems off line. I still have 7, and XP machines. They are however used for Pacific off line tasks. For modern day on line I will always have a system that still gets updates. Actually required for work.
Amen!! They keep updating software to make you think you need a new pc and have you switch to a more "modern" system so they can track and monitor your every move in the net. i still have my win xp and win7 pcs till this day and i will never just throw them away because they cant run a newer program. i just disconnect my internet when im not using it and use the programs ive always have and they still run like the very first day i bought my pc.
I have been using this version for nearly a year now and it works just like the standard Win 10 only much faster as its bloat free so the Linux fan boys can go push their crap somewhere else.

You can convert even your existing W10 install with that script to Enterprise IoT. Also, you don't need to download the IoT iso. It only has English localization so if that's not your native language you would have to change that manually after install. Rather than that, just install from the non-IoT ISO since the activator will use the IoT license anyway. It applies that extended support date automatically. Edit: and yeah, it works with MS Accounts too, don't worry.
Hi I can answer you these questions, you will be able to do a clean install on any desktop or laptop computer, you will not need to apply for extended support from Microsoft or pay as the service period for Windows 10 Enterprise IOT LTSC runs until 2032 as this is primarily a business mission critical operating system used on things like bank cash ATM machines and medical and manafacturing applications, you should really have a licence key to use it though.

The ISO image is from Microsoft hosted on a server, the massgravel file will get detected as a threat because it edits system files through the script to activate it. I wouldn't be spreading malware honestly, I use ltsc on my personal devices. You can use ltsc without activating if you would like to
Hey Arron why not also show people how to also do an inplace upgrade from there existing Win10 Home/Pro to Win10 IoT LTSC so they don't have to do a clean install including setting up all there apps and recovering their data back. Yes it can be done but you first need to regedit a couple of EditionID & Product Name to trick the inplace upgrade setup.exe to think its the same Windows 10 version.

BTW if you had enough to reinstall reconfigure always your programs, use portable version or some programs allow to store the config files in the program folder and always install them on a separate drive that never gets nuked. @@Diicho298 You may be trying to install drivers only compatible with 22h2 and above. Windows 10 LTSC runs on 21h2 which the drivers may not support. If you cannot install it without driver issues, maybe try Windows 11 IoT LTSC.
What happens if you keep using Windows 10 after next year when they are no longer supporting it? Does your PC become vulnerable at that point in any way? I just built a new PC but i have not decided to go with Windows 10 which i have been using for 6 years, or go to Windows 11. This is all just very confusing when i don't think it should be.
Theoretically, yes. If a new exploitation method will be found (and it will, I guarantee that) the non-supported systems won't get the patches for them.

I am trying IOT on an HP Workstation. So far so good. I haven't added the Microsoft Store yet. I'm not sure if I need to.

The same process used to install Win10 without having to reinstall programs, is it possible with this version of Win10?

dude when i installed windows 10 IOT Enterprise LTSC and installed drivers for it, the wifi and screen drivers dont work
