Capcom art is always unmatched when it comes to their fighting games I feel. MVC2 for example is one of my favourites when it comes to art styles, but street figher third strike level designs are second to none when it comes to fighters imo, particularly Yun and Yangs stage "Crowded Street" and Kens stage "subway station" where the infamous Daigo v Justin Wong match took place
