My name is Patrick, The Frenchie Gardener, I’m an urban gardener, certified of Permaculture, based in Berlin. I’m growing on my balcony organic seasonal vegetables & fruits, free of pesticides & reusing as much resources around me to nourish my soil. First of all. Green love to you, Patrick. Your videos are super cool. I am doing also gardening on the balcony. Especially in the hot days I have a problem with my soil. It dries out super fast. I am using only organic (Bio) soil without peat (Torf). But unfortunately its ability to hold water isn't the best. Do you have any tips to keep more water in the soil during hot summer days? Additionally after the soil dried out it is very hard to rewet it. Do you have also tips in that case? Thanks in advance :)
