Lukaku is so overrated. Basically, it was only the last six or seven games of the Serie A schedule where his play suggested he was anything but the past-his-prime talent displayed during the WC. Sure, he looked pretty good against City, in the CL final, but that is one, ONE match that he was able to get himself up for. His best-before date came up after 2020-21.
Think Lukaku would do well at Psg.
I just don’t want West Ham to go in for him. It’s exactly the sort of Andy Carroll move we’re likely to make. 6 years ago, Lukaku would have been a dream signing. Nobody wants that attitude in their club. Nobody wants his ego and sense of self importance. Nobody wants that disruptive baggage.

In my humble opinion lukaku would be perfect for spurs. Toward the end of last season I started to run out of jokes about spurs and lukaku signing and presumably playing before being dropped would provide me with enough material until October when spurs implode.
Seriously though they are a perfect match though both have won only two titles in their whole history, they both like to show their houses off and both frequently go missing when it comes to the crunch before ultimately pissing their own fans off.

Brighton, City, Arsenal and Newcastle all succeed by gradually and incrementally building their squad one player at a time with a very specific profile that fits the existing system and improves it.
The clubs that just throw good money after bad at quality players but in positions which are already covered are Man utd and Liverpool.
