Here in our country, we use Tipplers for teaching Young Birds (especially first time fliers) to learn only to land in their own loft and not do ranging until they become batchers. I have African Black Eagle Pigeons, Morris Gordon, Black Pletinckx, Black Paul Sion, Black Peter Van De Merwe, Black Trenton, Black Jan Aarden, Black Jef Van Wanroy and Imbrechts. All Black except for Checkered Gordon and Imbrecht

@@jmayes36 in certain parts of the US, its become all about the money, however, there are smaller clubs that still race for fun, a diploma or trophy with bragging rights.
I bred a cross this summer one got sick n died. I will use the surviving one to bread back to a homer next spring. It looks like a tippler looks nothin like a homer. Will make a video sometime this coming week, too cold now.
I have a question for you if one year you wanted to use your Tipplers as feeders for homers underlaying eggs would the Tipplers be good feeders for rearing homer youngsters . Thanks for reply in advance .

You can mix both breeds, but why? If a tippler was created for height plus time flying and a homer for speed plus distance flying. Why change it.. My belief is these pigeons do not need to improve on a performance that already works well in the sky. Thank you for watching.

The homer flies straight and low to a destination they will make couple loops and goo Tipplers are opposite and fly to pin drop for comp like you said

WHATS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A TUMBLER AND A TIPPLER
A Tumbler will flip over a few times, while a Tippler will fly for a long time. They have been known to fly for up to 20 hrs.

Homers do not train tipplers.
but tipplers are know for endurance flying ..correct? they can fly for hours?
