Does the Speedo still work ?

Yes. I have a video showing that sensor hookup to transmission. The carb swap doesn't effect speedometer. Only the TV cable for 4L60 transmission uses a bracket hookup to carb. I put in a th350 transmission that doesn't use a TV cable.
