I agree with Money B about 2PAC music in 1995-1996. His music had taken a darker turn toward revenge, retaliation and get back. When I listen to his music now, never realized how angry he was but also how much jail/abandonedment/ anger/vulnerability/ betrayal had broken his spirit!

    • @docsylva2876

I been saying that for years and everyone. The fake Tupac fans was mad at me. And what I mean by fake Tupac fans? The ones that weren’t with him and followed his music before Deathrow.
I had more notoriety in Deathrow because of all the shit he was talking. And I say he was actually a better rapper before Deathrow. His music had more meaningful, he didn’t need controversy to sell records. Him joining Deathrow absolutely stunted his growth and skill level as a rapper and all we heard most of the time was bad shit and that as shit upheld his vocabulary from expanding.
Just like a newspaper, when a newspaper is on the verge of being unpopular the editors and writers will start putting bs and controversy in its paper because bs sells. When you talk shit that’s catching because it’s in the human dna war, controversy and I remember saying Tupac in his last music even the unfinished stuff had bad marketing in fact maybe no marketing because in death from the moment he passed his earnings were not major he was slow in sales and biggie in death his estate was or maybe still is today worth more because he was marketed better.
I always wondered why they didn’t marketed the correct way and now I know why. Because Deathrow didn’t have to do that when the music itself was controversial and that’s what sold at the time. Bs don’t need marketing because it sells itself.

I wasn’t born when Tupac was killed. But what I recently found out, amazed me. I always thought 2Pac was with Death Row for years, but after they bailed him out, he was only with them 9 to 10 months before he was dead. I wouldn’t wish jail on anyone, but 2Pac was probably safer in prison. They basically bailed him out of prison to send him to his grave. That’s why you should ALWAYS watch the company that you keep!!!! RIP 2Pac

There is no way anyone could think they were going to control that man. He spoke with directness. You always knew who he was talking to and what he was talking about. He stood with so much dominance and pride. He was very versatile and unpredictable. His list of qualities were endless so much so that's why he is able to shine bright long after his tragic death. Most people in the industry are worldwide famous after death. He was a force while he was here and continues to be that force. If he had not passed away a lot of rappers from that era wouldn't have the name they have today because he dominated large spaces that was meant for large groups of people allowing him to shine so bright you wouldn't have even been able to see the competition let alone hear them for comparison purposes.

I’m not sure what to believe either but there is an early documentary where Frank (Pac’s bodyguard) stating that there was a huge argument between Pac and Suge. Pac was screaming at Suge asking for his masters threatening to leave and fired David Kenner (Deathrow’s attorney) and Suge almost putting hands on Pac. So who knows, personally I do believe that Pac would eventually leave Deathrow and the music industry as a whole.

He definitely had some sort of plan in place… Pac was smart and thought ahead. People forget that he was an avid reader. All Eye's on Me did count as two albums, that has never been disputed. Where Tupac made his biggest mistake was recording 7-10 albums worth of music in Death Row run studios thinking that he would be able to take that music elsewhere. He should have done it on the down low elsewhere or waited until he had his own label and studio.

    • @StuccindagrindLife

@@pR-cv4iu right I don’t believe he wanted to leave death row at first, but it was said that he ran an audit and found out how much money he was losing. He wanted to start his own record company “Euphanasia” under death row. It was very rare to find independent successful rappers back than. It was Even more rare to obtain your own masters like many rappers are vouching towards now. The internet plays a big part in that because you’re able to distribute your own music according to how big of a following you have. Pac would have been in a class of his own if he had the internet back then.

Personally i believe pac wouldve eventually leave death row at some point but not in 96 or 97 Maybe in early 98 because around that time he would've fizzled out in the music industry and start owning his own shit like makaveli records as well as doing movies more. He may do a song every once in blue moon in the studio to promote his movie and perform at a Superbowl or whatever but pac wouldve eventually leave the music industry all together while the outlaws grow popular mainstream in the rap game under his label. As far as suge and pac. Honestly i think pac and suge would've fell off on bad terms along with everyone else. Dre left, lady of rage wouldve left, snoop wouldve left, everyone wouldve left at some point because of problems with suge. Another reason why he would leave the music industry is because of how shady these record labels are. Pac didn't want the outlaws to sign with deathrow for a reason because he knows that they would get screwed over which is why he would rather be independent by owning his own label where everyone will get paid and not have to worry about being screwed over financially. Now did pac wanted to leave? No, probably not at that time since he was already promoting deathrow east and putting out music that was made since he was recording alot of music that was unreleased at the time. But his fall out from suge would've likely lead to him leaving death row at some point in 98 or 99 if he was still alive. Because again, losing dr dre was bad enough, they would've eventually lose more people as time went on because of suge.

I believe in time he would have left making music to do more acting gigs, where he would get larger paydays than in the music industry. Also by using his influence in the music industry with his own label, he would be able to bring up other acts and assume more of the role of a music mogul while his main focus would be acting and possibly something in politics.

they were about to form death row east, Pacs was starting his own label euthanasia which was probably going to work side by side with both death rows west and east. Pac was gonna eventually move to producing and signing artists also get into acting and directing and eventually into politics!
