If you have budget of 30000-50000 per sqyd then try to invest in kollur,pati,velimala,pati ghanpur,bhanur,kondakal in places that are closer to ORR.these places will definitely grow in coming few years because of natural expansion of ORR projects.But if your budget is below 25000 per sqyd then try to invest in south hyderabad that are closer to ORR like pedda golconda,mansanpally,maheshwaram,tukkuguda,gollur....
