Do your aerial combos feel like you’re just doing moves? Then this class is just right for you. Learn how to turn boring old moves into actual dance, from the floor to the air.
Each class will focus on one of the main elements of aerial flow:
1. Dance your CLIMBS
Climbs are the easiest way to add expression and fluidity to your combos. Explore a million ways to play with your legs and spin momentum, other than the standard Fireman position.
2. Dance your INVERTS
Make your inverts look effortless and elegant with the correct technique. Special attention to lines and dynamic variations - inverting forward vs. backwards, corkscrew entries and transitions.
3. Dance your TRICKS & TRANSITIONS
Take a closer look at entries and exits in and out of common tricks and positions. Learn how to make them melt together, so that it looks like one continuous dance.
4. Dance your DESCENTS
You’ve run out of spin or you finished high up on the pole. How do you come down in a pretty way? I’ll show you some creative but simple static rotations and spinning dismounts.
✓ Prerequisites: aerial spinny inverts, stamina, Butterfly, Jade
