Salam. Thank you. However, it is unfair to not show understanding towards people who struggle to smile due to what pain they are experiencing or have experienced which may be seriously affecting them at so many levels which you may not be able to relate to or understand.
Come on..does he have to make it clear for the exception of those who find it hard to smile? And do u understand the context of what Shaykh is saying,that the Sunnah is that Rasul SAW faced alot of tests and yet he smiled regardless how hard.Ofcos there are times he doesnt perhaps but please dont take Shaykhs word out of context.There are sunnah doers who are very grumpy due to the rigidness of their understanding of Islam.And if u are someone who are facing tests by Allah,believe me,u will still smile when u eye to eye to another cos u know your test are from Him but at times when youre alone,not looking at anyone,you may not smile due to the tension u are facing and some are too focus in zikr that their introspec got them looking serious and not smiling upon self but please this is adab,its nothing to do with fair and unfair.Whats not fair is to take things out of context like u say thanks while having bad opinionated on the shaykhs intent
U think Shaykh live his life wo test? Have u gotten a huge number of fellow muslims calling u kafir like how Shaykh Hamza faced before?

Shaikh you are bothered by honking! Here in South Asian countries there is so much to be bothered about that we are just thanking God that we have a car and express that with honking. Otherwise we would be walking on the roads.
Here in US and Canada honking is considers as saying bad words..It's a cultural thing..but in Indian subcontinent it's a common phenomenon..
