That's so amazing!!! Naked and Afraid contacted me. I was super excited...until I went and watched an episode, and was like...umm...no. I would LOVE to be on Alone. I usually don't follow Alone closely on account of me not really watching TV, but you can bet your ass I'll be watching and cheering for you two this season.
I was so hoping for you and your hubby and I just found him tonight 4 years later on the cabin homestead build! That first glimpse of you in that video I got so so excited because I knew it was you two! You have inspired me so so much and have NO IDEA how you have impacted my life!! My husband and I are wanting to homestead and have talked about it for years! Shortly after your season on alone I got my CDL and started our journey to start our homestead life, but was stopped short with stage 3 breast cancer… bummer, BUT I beat it! 2 years later and I’m free from the hell of cancer and we can start all over again to try to create this dream finally! And I found you and your hubby’s channel’s!!! Brooke I feel so renewed and excited!! Thanks for being so much apart of my thoughts and fuel to my ambition in this endeavor without even knowing me, or these dreams!! And I loved your song! Oh and your cabin build on Alone was spectacular! Really!! Well Done!! Thanks again!
Oh, and I’m not a TV fan, but I love shows like Alone and your season was the first one I watched, and I binged the whole thing! Then I had to go and watch the other seasons… but as I said, I went and got my CDL and I’m not a TV person so now I’m going to go find the Mongolia season and check you out there! Super proud of you! I've been a faithful watcher of the program since it began & some times I find the realism disturbing but i feel I learn about people & survival from watching . Thanks for the song, nothing better than a song from the heart:) my husband Roger is a singer and writes some songs, mainly worship songs, I express myself through abstract art:) and whatever I can create. I just love to learn new things. When I caint sleep, I tell myself, time to go to school. I am self taught and Utube taught, now I forage many mushrooms:) Ate my first Pheasant back this Spring! Yumm. I have made some fun Mobiles out of pollypore mushrooms, drink teas from my finds also:) I keep learning about food I can forage, its just fun, befote I know it I have hiked miles:)Anyways have a great week!

And even I can't believe how much rain you guys got pounder with right out of the gate. It rains a lot yeah, but that was just stupid. So I panicked a little. One pattern the producers use is to show a lot of the people in the first 2 episodes of the people that drop out early. I'm sweating bullets here Wipples:)
