Unfortunately, the original cut off just as the vocals began T-T, so I had to come up with something in order to seamlessly loop the track. I can't wait to hear the full track once Natlan is out, I'm sure it will be a masterpiece!

What instruments did u used?
I used mostly traditional African instruments (especially for the percussion) and stringed and wind instruments from the Andean region of South America, such as the Charango, Zampoña, Quena, Ocarina. But also the classic Nylon and Panflute. For the beginning of the track I used a didgeridoo and soprano recorder! Many of these instruments are layered on top of each other so it's difficult to distinguish them by ear ^^

And also, I just loooove the improvisation you did to complete the theme when the original stops, it's amazing!!!! Really, that's something I've always admired about you, you're not content with what we give you, you go much further! You always try to make the music flow and avoid infernal loops.

I'm very happy you like my improvisation. Of course, it doesn't come close to the original with the vocals but it's just a humble attempt at continuing the music seamlessly. I always dislike when music just loops abruptly with no connection or bridge, so I tried something here haha. I'm sure the original will be completely different and even better, I can already tell xD But for now, this will suffice until we get the official track haha

Sounds great! It got me wondering, how do you compose something like this? I've never been a music guy but I'd like to try someday. What's your process?
Thank you! I compose using a digital audio workstation (DAW). The one I use is Studio One 6, but there are many others like Ableton or FL Studio. As for instruments, I use virtual instruments (VSTs), which are either sampled (recorded real instruments) or sounds created digitally.
For my covers, I start by listening closely to the original music and transcribing it by ear. Then, I use my DAW and VSTs to recreate it as faithfully as possible. Having some music theory knowledge definitely helps in understanding the structure and nuances of the music.
If you're interested, definitely give it a try! There are plenty of online resources available to help you learn the ropes of music production. :)

Happy to hear! I use Studio One 6 as my preferred DAW, but really, you can use any DAW you like! As for instruments, I use VSTs from various sources. Mostly, I purchase them from Native Instruments, Spitfire Audio, Orchestral Tools, and several others.
It's important to check out reviews before purchasing, as some VSTs can be quite costly. However, there are also many high-quality free instruments available, which are great for beginners. For instance, Spitfire Audio offers a range of free resources, and there are many other companies providing free VSTs as well. Do check out Pianobook!
I highly recommend exploring the free options first to see if music production is something you enjoy.
Also, most DAWs offer trial periods so you can experiment with different software before making a commitment. Hope that helps! :)

mexico didn't exist, the country's identity is ingrained in the fact that its mestizo (both indigenous and hispanic). There were the mexica, tlaxcala, texcoco, etc but not "ancient mexico".

All regions in Genshin is a mixture of different countries. Mondstadt is german, sweden, polish, Sumeru is egypt, africa, india, Fontaine is french and english, etc. 😊

Bro, where's the berimbau that plays at the beginning, I was sad but I understand that because it's a native Brazilian instrument, maybe you don't have it to reproduce the sound
There is no berimbau in this piece. What you are referring to is most likely a didgeridoo. You'll notice that the didgeridoo produces a continuous, droning sound like in the music, while the berimbau produces a twangy, more percussive and rhythmic sound because it is played by striking its string.
As for the didgeridoo, I did use it in this cover, but it's difficult to recreate the exact sound. I tried my best! ^^
