Yamaha Showcases Complete Audio Solutions at CEDIA 2024

At CEDIA 2024, Yamaha made a significant impact by showcasing its extensive range of audio solutions. David Nowak and Phil Shea from Yamaha took us through a comprehensive tour, highlighting products that cater to both residential and commercial markets. Every since the pandemic, Yamaha's AV division seems to have ran into serious problems. They went without any product for nearly a year. Then when product started coming back, they chose to stock Best Buy, Amazon, Crutchfield, B&H, everyone except small businesses and the CI community. It would be several more months before product was to come to CI distributors for the installers and small businesses to sell. Bad decision in my opinion, we don't forget or forgive so easily when stabbed in the back.
And then there is that legendary Yamaha reliability. Many dealers have been complaining about what appears to be more defects and reliability problems post-pandemic, maybe (hopefully) that has been remedied by now.
And lastly, soundbars. You discontinued all your old soundbars and now have nothing but cheap soundbars. And not a single one has MusicCast anymore.... NOT ONE! Strange for a company that has high-end boutique 2ch gear but then other categories now only have Walmart products. And it's not like soundbars are not still a very hot product category.

Yamaha shuld stop making their flagship AVR receivers in Malaysia flagship product should be made in Japan...please don't make the same mistake on Yamaha a8a & a6a you have been in the industry for a long time you can do better than that at least give two color option on the speakers and receivers please just give what customers want❤
