Excellent review however I do have a question: Digital keystone and zoom reduce the actual resolution. What is the vertical offset (bottom= zero, middle= 50%, top=100%) ?
When playing a movie and setting to have sound output via Bluetooth to other external speakers, was there are issues with lag or voice off compared to the lips moving? My older projectors have a lag so hate to see lips not matching the voice when piping out to external speakers. thx
Very nice review. Such mid budget 4k projectors are the solution to bring down the projector prices down. Too bad that its not available in my country.
Just bought this projector and connected it to WiFi. I added my Netflix account but what I can’t do with the remote is scroll through Netflix past the first page. Is there a setting I’m missing for scrolling. Wonder if I can connect a wireless mouse. I haven’t tried that yet.
I have been using this projector....could u plz guide me abt how to open and clean it....inside not find any video or manual...I am getting some white dots on display which may be due to silver dust
So it only has digital zoom, no lensshift. Digital zoom loses pixels on your screen, just as digital keystone does. In other words, to keep the full resolution, you have to be very carefull with placing your projector.
Do you know any 1080p, affordable, LCD projectors with optical zoom? Seems hard to find one that isn't a 'gamble' (in terms of not having reviews). Thanks
@chrisharris6474 mines was shutting down every 5 minutes with a firestick or android box connected and overheating since the first time using it I have 3 weeks now trying to get a replacement but no luck supposedly their out of stock so I need to wait straight bs
This video is sponsored by the brand plus the projector has been exposed on reddit for faking the resolution. you should have say that in the review if you were honest
I'm going to share the same thought I've been having for the last 5 years. Until these manufacturers start including an 'HDMI OUT' port on these mid-level projectors, there is no need to pay the licensing fees to have an OS installed on the units. No serious home theater enthusiast is going to use the projector as a main media hub when it can't output audio at any level higher than 5.1 surround (optical). The folks who are content with lower standards of audio (possibly content with the projector speakers themselves) would probably be content to stick a Firestick into one of the hdmi inputs and call it a day. Thus, no need for the android tv
While I personally HATE the bloatware Operating Systems (and their pre-loaded streaming apps), the nature of the beast requires some kind of OS to run the the settings software of the projector to control digital zoom, keystone, color, sound, input port selection, etc.
Nonsense. If I want projector I want it to include smart tv os. Not to have plug another thing into it to be able to watch something. It is 2025. Not 2001.
Probably one of the best projector reviews I've watched, good job.
Thank you 🙏
Most detailed video I’ve seen. Thank you!
Good projector I’m happy with it so far. Only issue is the power supply when mounting on the ceiling.
So is a white screen best for this projector?
All apps on my firestick look great. Except Disney+! It’s too dark. Anyway to fix this?

How loud is the cooling fan?
How are the shadow details?(black crush)
Awesome video. What sucks for me is that they don't ship to Puerto Rico. I hope they will soon.
The picture and sounds adjusting button doesn’t work on my remote, I can turn the curser on and off but that’s it. Is there a setting for this?
Pretty cool

The only part that was meant to be cleaned is the air filter. Are you looking to take the whole projector apart?
Great review. Does it have the capability to mount it on the ceiling?
Yes it does
Four Point ... not a convenient 1/4-20 center mounting hole (FYI: weight = 8.99LB).

Reddit 🤣🥱
Reddit?? lmao dude get a life
good deal but wish it had about 120 lumens not 600 and refresh rate atleast 120hz not 60, still a good deal if that works for you.
I have a 3000 ANsI projector. It’s not enough in a bright room. All projectors are for evenings only
